The hotel was excellent. The Villa we stayed in was newly refurbished and exceptionally well appointed. Very comfortable. Bonus was a hammock on the balcony - see picture We did Half Board and it was a little bit similar every night but in saying that the food quality and flavours were great

I really appreciated that the resort was able to comfortably accommodate my family and more than 30 guests for our anniversary celebration, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and appeared fully renovated despite earlier reviews suggesting otherwise. Caroline, the coordinator, was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to ensure our event was beautifully executed and that every guest felt cared for. Several staff members were warm, friendly, and helpful, and the hotel shuttle to Carvoeiro Beach was a great bonus, since that beach was larger and had more shops than the one closer to the hotel. Some staff interactions were less positive, with a few team members being dismissive or unhelpful at times. There was also confusion around which guests were covered for half board. The issue seemed to originate from Booking.com rather than the hotel, but it still resulted in some guests paying unnecessarily. The hotel uses voucher tickets for half board and all‑inclusive guests, but a wristband system would likely prevent the repeated misunderstandings we experienced, as there were several instances where staff incorrectly insisted that my guests pay for food or drinks. Breakfast was good, though the offerings were fairly repetitive from day to day.

It's a pity that the big bathroom was renovated adding a very small shower and a wash basin almost useless.

Super comfortable room with balcony. We liked the pool erea, breakfast variety and the location. Good value for money

We enjoyed the fact that it was quiet and relaxing. Our villa faced the sunset beautiful every evening. It’s a bit out of town-we had a car and did not mind-as it was relaxing to be away from hustle. Breakfast was great! Had one dinner meal and enjoyed as well. Really Great value for this nice little resort property

Everything was perfect, I loved this place, not to mention the breakfast which was wonderful every day. nothing

the room THE WIFI IS NOT GOOD, keeps disconnecting
-
The resort is very nice with nice areas and pig parking. We have initially booked a family room and were upgraded to a 2 bedrooms villa, which was very nice, with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were very comfortable and the villa is very well equipped, including washing machine and dish washing machine. The breakfast was very nice, with daily fresh orange juice, and variety of pastry. The pool towels are also provided. The cleaning was done daily but quite superficial in my opinion.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect for a base in the Algarve area, close to all the best sights. Our room was great, with a nice view as well. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a hit too. Lots of choices. The best part is the staff. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. From Daniel and Daniela at the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the breakfast room staff, they couldn't have been nicer. We would love to go back someday!

Very clean hotel, big outside area, room is very spacious. Good variety of bread for breakfast, fresh orange juice. They provide sparkling wine and cake for BD celebration. It was nice to have wine tasting for dinner. Some of the staff is very nice, some is not very attentive. Some of the staff don't have attention to detail (birthday was on the 2nd March, they brought wine on the 1st, didn't bring plates, knive when they bring cake...). Hot meals for breakfast weren't hot. You have to refill the water bottle by yourself in the breakfast area. Very poor design for 4 star hotel. It would be nice to have more information about the wine they were serving for dinner as it was wine tasting.

Only problem was a noisy AC unit from the balcony next to ours.

Breakfast was phenomenal, however I would say the dinner buffett for €30 pp is not worth what was displayed. We checked it out every night, but opted out. Otherwise, no complaints!
