We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was good. It wasn't a fridge and kettle in the room, and the beaches were a little far away. We used a taxi, but it was cheap.

2nd time we have stayed here and will continue to do so in the future. The hotel is consistently very clean with friendly and helpful staff. The continental buffet breakfast is good. The pool is beautiful and on the occasions that we used it, felt like our own personal pool. Maybe a kettle or coffee machine in the room would be good. However the star rating does reflect this. Fridges are available on request I believe.

Overall our stay was lovely. But the place needs a lot of renovation. The biggest issue we faced was thin like paper walls. You could hear absolutely everything from the outside as well as your neighbors. If you have a car, it is a convenient place to stay cause you can drive everywhere in 10-20min (the beach and the towns nearby). Very overpriced for what it is. But to be fair, we booked it last minute during the high season.

This is a very good option in the Porches/Lagoa area. The room was extremely clean and spacious; the wifi worked well; the staff was friendly and helpful; the price was excellent. Everything was good.

The best part of my stay - the amazing guy in the Front desk. He was nice, friendly, polite and super supportive. The room was good, reasonable price, nice swimming pool and enjoyed the room as well. Super recommended Nothing, it was absolutely fantastic

The pool was nice and large. The room and the facilities were kept really clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a bar that opened until midnight. You could purchase a variety of drinks, hot and cold. There are a number of bus services (nos.13,51,52) nearby, that can take you to most places, however infrequent. Could have included hot food for breakfast and tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. It is situated in a somewhat remote location and the buses are infrequent, but you can use the Vamus app to help with the times of buses or taxi service to get to your destinations.
