There was a hiccup when we first arrived with the cleaning crew forgetting our room. The stay went out of their way to fix the issue, immediately clean for us, and make it up to us with a late check out and free bag hold.

Location was excellent room was all you need, air conditioning worked great. Outdated doors and keys. The primary door heading to the street is near broken.

Good location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Kitchen well appointed. Nice patio. Very small bathroom with weird sliding glass door that didn’t close off bathroom completely. As a tall person I had to leave door open in order to sit on toilet. Either way there is no privacy to do your business.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Nice size room and bathroom. I liked the fridge in the room and great size wardrobes. Shared kitchen always clean with plenty of cooking equipment. Added extra a shared balcony.

Location was great There were issues with the TV not working, which was really frustrating. I spent hours trying to get it to work. They sent over someone to look at it, but the next day, the issues were still there. Everything else was fine except for the TV not working.

Location is perfect, comfortable bed Toilet and shower is located inside of the room and has glass door with gaps in it, so you don’t really feel privacy

The burrito place next door can get quite noisy as well as the neighbors upstairs from us. The bathroom door doesn't allow for much privacy.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the old town, perfect for exploring and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. While the apartment is more suited for those seeking a lively base for their adventures, it offers a great spot to crash after a night out. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay in the middle of all the action, this place might be just what you need! The apartment had very thin walls, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring areas. The bathroom lacked a proper door, the room had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of sewage, the floors felt sticky, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was below expectations.

I liked the room with the comfortable bed, ac and heat, furniture, lighting, private bathroom and all the hooks for hanging towels and clothing. The location was excellent. Marco greeted me and was friendly and helpful. I have the highest praise for him. I was not pleased with the fee for a late check in. I did not see this until after I had booked a non refundable room. I felt that I had already paid for the room and should be able to come to it whenever I got there. If you would simply install a lockbox with the keys outside and provide directions, then self check in would be available for guests. The keys should be color coded for ease of use, and guests should be instructed to lift up on the outside door to open it. I had to ask a nearby Bolt driver to help me, and he said it was a problem with that door. It would also be helpful to have a manual letting guests know how to turn on hall lights, as the switch outside the apartment door did not turn them on, so I was using a flashlight to see the stairs.

It was very well located . It was relaxing: staff great Loved it

Very clean, perfect location, modern shower, hot water, quiet,..iron and ironing board delivered when requested Darkness on the stairs and first floor landing as bulbs need to be changed..very dangerous and difficult to get door open to the apartment. Lock on front door very old which makes it difficult to gain access to the premises. Ironing board locked in the cleaners cupboard..no iron...no mugs in the kitchen...just 2 glass cups which someone else was using on the morning I needed them..Just overall lack of attention to detail....no mirror over dressing table

Great location, near all the amenities of Lagos. The room does not feel clean and there was sand and spots on the linen. There late arrival fee is absurd. If you arrive after 11pm (which is the case coming by train) you will need to pay a full night’s fee as the late arrival fee. While, we were able to negotiate it down this was a very bad start. Particularly, as elsewhere in Portugal the late arrival fee is under EUR20

It was very noisy and very difficult to sleep. The restaurant next door played loud music until late and staff would remain after closing. One evening noise continued until 4am. The person who greeted me was very rude. No late checkout available and no option to leave luggage after checkout.
