Easy to get around, nice warm pool, nice friendly staff. Weather was beautiful

This hotel was amazing! We loved it! The staff was so kind and the hotel was taken care of extremely well. It felt like a luxury hotel. We would definitely stay there again!
-
The ocean view room was amazing with small kitchen and living room big bathroom very spacious space lovely view

Hotel was being renovated on the 12th floor, however we did not really hear anything on the 6th floor. Renovations were only done from 9a.m. to 5 p.m. anyway. Our room was huge, nice view to the ocean (had booked partial ocean view). Bed was comfy, room was super clean, had dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Wifi was decent. Pool was nice, hottub near the pool was great. Access to a nice beach right in front of the hotel. Good restaurants in walking distance, huge beach with nice walk ways only about 500m south, in front of the westin and other properties. Breakfast and coffee options not so great, but a short walk solved that easily. Super friendly staff, nice text updates every day. Overall very happy with our stay. The storm Lala cut it 2 days short...

Everything was great!

When we booked we thought we had ocean view and did not know you had to specifically ask for it

Excellent resort!

So perfect for families . Great location. We had the best time visiting Maui staying here . Will definitely be coming back ! Mini golf course with 18holes , huge pool , beach access , what more could you need
-
Rooms need to thoroughly clean before use. Only 1 day per your visit was allowed for housekeeping to clean your room.
-
The beachfront grounds are beautifully maintained and offer stunning sunset views. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and ensures a truly relaxing stay.

We always stay here when visiting Maui. Clean, friendly, convenient location!

The property is definitely well maintained and clean. However, the rooms are older and the pictures on their website were a bit misleading. Staff were all super nice, except housekeeping never brought us extra towels. The cleaning lady somehow expected a tip too? It was a bit awkward and we were going to tip anyway… maybe this tipping culture as a whole is out of control. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean and the balcony was delightful. The view was beautiful! I do wish there was a sit down restaurant there.
-
It had everything we need! Food, rentals, friendly and helpful staff and much more.

This hotel was perfect for my family. We enjoyed that the beach was literally right next to the pool. Made it so easy to go the beach and than relax in the pool. Hotel overall is great , the rooms are spacious, I love how there is a living room area where my 1 year old was able to play and separate from the the beds it’s self. I highly recommend this hotel

Liked the pool and the beach.

Our room was very spacious. Whenever we needed something they brought it to our room within 10 mins. The balcony has charis and a lounger for you to relax and enjoy the views. Pool was super big and never crowded. The beach right infront was not calm but still swimable. You could walk to the beach infront of Duke's they have a shortcut. Also the parking was free which will save you a lot of money.

The room smelled like moldy water

Property is beautiful. Breakfast was the same each day which was a little disappointing. Staff is very attentive. Room was large and spacious. Elevators are slow. Parking is underground and free which was awesome. Location is terrific. Pool is clean and huge. Really nice place to stay.
