Had a Good time. No complaints. Best location.

Staff at entry weren’t very friendly, or helpful for the stay. We upgraded our room but as we arrived we didn’t get out in our upgraded room so we had to move rooms after our first night of stay. Other then those slight things great location and fun place to stay.

The location is excellent with proximity to the beach. The hotel is small enough to just pop out of room and walk to the beach. It wasn't over crowded and check in was easy. Nice balcony with view Bathtub in the newer rooms was used for the shower and it was quite tight spaced and the floor was peeling. Small toilet and shower space.

The housekeeping staff were very friendly. Shout out to Jesus who couldn’t control the weather. :) The Miscommunication between the restaurant and concierge at the resort. The resort only had one restaurant on site. No beach chairs or umbrellas for the guests, there is only 1 pool and that pool was too small. During the hurricane Lala we had no where to go to eat and the resort only gave us 2 small pastries for breakfast and nothing for dinner the night the lights went out. The resort had time to prepare knowing it was coming. We had no real food for 20 hours.

I enjoyed our room accommodations to fit the whole family and have a patio leading to the grass and beach access. The restaurant was close to our room, so going to breakfast, lunch and dinner effortless. I don't have anything to complain about while we were there on the property.

The staff was very gentle and willing to help with every situation! The balcony was full of birds dirt. We had also paid for breakfast but the breakfast was only one plate from the restaurant in front of the hotel. Not a buffet. When you pay 400 euros per night you expect something more.

The location was absolute perfection for our desires out of this vacation…steps from the beach, falling asleep to the sound of the waves, proximity to all dining and shopping. Exceeded every expectation we had! Not a thing

Great location, friendly staff, activities included Very limited facilities in the room, like no kettle. Would have been good to see the breakfast buffet open at least once. Very expensive for some things, like a beach umbrella (cheaper to buy one)

Wonderful staff ! Clean rooms and grounds. I appreciate the grounds being spread out and natural, giving you a feel of privacy , rather than trying to stick as many lawn chairs together and be overloaded with people

Location perfect spot close to black rock, shopping center, relatively cheap parking good breakfast at the restaurant if u order outside the menu. Big spacious room, currently renovated. No gym, no spa, no spa small pool. No complimentary sunbeds on the beach. That are major drawbacks. A new reception hall shall be built from a scratch. No late late check outs for reasonable price they except full nightly rate for late checkout
