Lively property , friendly staff - location id excellent ,

The village is right next to the hotel, but the village is not that big, LV is the only luxury store and there is only a small food court and two or three restaurants. The west coast has calmer water but it’s far away from all other places.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean there were plenty of shops and things to do with the kids. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed four days and the wether was amazing! My daughter loved the water slides and being able to walk to steps to the beach. The restaurants have really good food and drinks. Loved the small store that had everything you forgot plus more. they have a great daycare with cool activities and the cultural activities were great too! Don't forget to say hi to Bob the bird or check out the flamingos and coi fish.

It is not the best designed hotel as far as the climate is concerned. The hotel lost power during the tropical storm and did not regain it for over 24 hours. Of the 3 days booked there, only one day were we able to access breakfast. There were also tiny bugs in the bed sheets. Everything was very muggy and overall. Definitely not worth the price we paid. On check out, they still charged the “hotel fee.” Not sure why, considering we were without power for most of the time. I will not be coming back to this location.

It was beautiful! Very clean! Many activities to do. Swimming in pools, on the beach, jet skiing, parasailing! Nothing

Stayed in the Hakupa’a tower and loved it. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean and access to The Lanai made it worth it.

There was a woman at the reception desk—I didn't catch her name. She was older and wore her hair in a bun. She made no attempt to help or offer advice. She was rude and unprofessional for a hotel of this caliber. I will not stay at this hotel chain again, nor will I recommend it. She didn't even offer any options regarding financial matters; she just stared at her computer as if I weren't even there. I was completely ignored.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lanai tower was great. The pool was great with kids. Had a waterfall cave. Beach access was easy. Lots of dining options nearby. Arcade was fun.

This property has the best beach in the area. The hotels rooms seem to have been upgraded over the years. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom showers are perfect to bathe and relax in. The staff is amazing…always very helpful and always smiling… we have favorite bartenders, Eddy, Chris, Troy & Gerry and servers Allison and Lupe… these staff members always remember us and treat us like family. The pools are refreshing, the landscaping is beautiful. The family & children’s pools are well maintained with lots to do for the little ones & the adult pool areas are the best on “hotel row.” There are many places on the property to eat & the good is simply delicious and we eat at all of them over the course of our stays. We have stayed at this property over 10 times and we won’t stay anywhere else!
