Perfect location, less busy beachfront.

Yes we had a Hurricane but the hotel didn’t communicate at all. Power was out much to long. They should have had generators in place.

The hotel and staff were excellent, the only complaint I have is they didn’t wash/change the sheets everyday.

You won’t want to leave the resort! The staff goes above and beyond to be hopeful, and the entire property is so thoughtfully and beautifully maintained. Great location, and we loved that it was at the end of the strip of hotels on the beach, making it quieter than most of the others that we walked past.

Gorgeous property; love the penguins, swans, and parrots. The pools are nice and it’s great you can hop on over next door to the vacation club and use their pool. The breakfast buffet and views are absolutely amazing. There’s a shaved ice shop and luau experience on the property as well. Worth every penny.

On another note, amenities were great! The penguins in the lobby were such a great addition. Hotel was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Gorgeous room with an amazing view. Unfortunately our trip was affected by the tropical storm and had to experience power outages. I hope to come back again in the near future to enjoy all the amenities this resort has to offer

Not much for beach access in front of the hotel, but an easy walk to food, shopping, surfing, snorkeling and just perfect waves!

The resort is beautiful and large, it probably looks the best compared to all the neighbouring hotels while the staff is helpful and very kind. We were here for our honeymoon and we got a very nice room with view partially to the ocean but also to the mountains so we had the best of both worlds. Unfortunately due to natural factors the beach is very narrow and the entrance in the ocean is quite rocky and steep. Also, they used to have a cave bar which unfortunately was removed.

Check In clerks hurry through the process in heavily accented English. Unable to understand what was being presented on the map of the property. We missed several important things.
