Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista

Both the hotel room and the hotel property was well-organized and clean, we had everything we needed. The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The garden and surrounding areas are beautiful, ideal for a walk or spending some relaxing times outside the rooms. There are a bunch of restaurants and shops 5 minutes walk from the hotel, which is very convenient in case someone doesn't want to leave the area. I didn't really have anything I didn't like about the hotel, for me, everything exceeded my expectations.

Super close to Disney was supper clean and overall great location. The pool was also a hit Nothing everything was great for what we paid

Did not take breakfast I found a used pillow case behind a chair in my room. Everything else was spotless and very comfortable. I liked the quiet room!

Todo el hotel muy bonito , y el personal muy amable, buena limpieza 😊 lo único que no me gustó , que fuimos con mi hija a comer al bar , y la mesera que nos atendió después de llevar la comida nunca regresó a preguntar si queríamos algo más . Y solo pasó platicando con otra clienta. Yo iba a pedir otro mojito , pero ella nunca regresó a la mesa y cuando yo me levanté a pedir la cuenta le pedí un vaso de agua , y solo me llevó la cuenta , eso es pésimo servicio solo porque la propina ya está incluida en la cuenta, si no ,, no le hubiera dejado nada , porque esa es la razón que no le dan importancia de dar buen servicio, porque saben que la propina ya se incluyó…

Price and location. We had to ask for a new room due to mold on the ceiling and walls. They did accommodate us. We were there for 5 nights and had to request clean towels daily. They did not just do it. The elevators seem to be closed nightly.

I definitely got value for my money and even more. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. The property itself is spacious, beautiful and pleasant, and I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Universal and Disney. The on-site restaurant and happy hour were also a huge plus, especially the appetizer discount and buy-one-get-one-free cocktails. The welcome gift was a lovely extra touch as well, even though I unfortunately did not receive mine due to a miscommunication. Overall, there were so many little extras that made my stay enjoyable. The main issue was that the elevator stopped working during my stay and was still out of service on the day I checked out. Since I was staying on the fourth floor and had very heavy luggage, carrying everything downstairs was extremely exhausting. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, and the bathtub looked slightly yellowish, which could use some attention. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

We stay here for the proximity to Disney, the affordability, and how safe we feel there. They bring in clean towels daily. It is a great place to stay.

The location was great - close to Disney parks. Did have some noise from the highway, but may have been because I was on the 5th floor.

everything was good except the fridge was a bit stinky and the rug was terribly matted felt horrible and intolerable if you would walk barefoot on it like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. also the $10 parking fee was inconvenient and unexpected, i’ve stayed at many other hotels in the area with better service and no parking charge. it felt like it was a grand deal hotel but very basic low cost room. but the beds were clean at least.

Very comfortable room and bathroom. Friendly stuff. Had extra towels for the pool as well. There are not many shuttles for Disney and the other parks so make sure you ask them before for the schedule. Small pool, I expected it bigger but still very nice.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was great and staff were very helpful. Only slight problem for some may be the noise from the traffic on the highway, but it is nothing overwhelming.

The room was nice the beds were comfy the staff was amazing and very helpful and the hotel is very close to everything which is convenient. 10/10 will definitely recommend and come back again!!
