Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Orlando

Location very good. Furniture a little dated.

La limpieza en el cuarto es cada tres días. Los que nos atendieron en la entrada siempre fueron muy amables. El desayuno es continental. La transportacion a los parques y de regreso al hotel muy buenos, siempre fueron puntuales. La piscina la utilizamos el último dia por falta de tiempo, pero todo estuvo muy bien.

I like the customer service and parks shuttle I would like to have cleaning services at least every two days

I love the location of the hotel, the kitchen appliances, and the separate living room area. The bathroom fixtures, tub, toilet and face bowl need to be replaced and updated. Other than that, it’s a great deal for the price. Uber to and from Disney Springs was less than $20 round trip which was pretty good.

The hotel is OK not what I expecting.. parking lot great the most thing I don’t like the breakfast very horrible the only you get bread and juice. This is not what I expecting.

Very clean room and all facilities

I was quite disappointed in the place. The rooms were only cleaned once and no one came to pick up towels daily. The bathroom shower curtain did not fit. No accommodations for the water being off from 11-4pm just to find out the day before. No food service as required. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Super disappointing hotel!

Done with Wyndham for good. Do yourself a favor and choose any place but this one.

Very satisfied during our stay, the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The whole hotel are very clean and secured. Very good place to stay, very close to everywhere

They mentioned that breakfast was included but there was no breakfast neither days that I stayed which were from Friday to Sunday

proximity I've stayed here before, but the facilities has gone downhill.No breakfast was no longer included, even though it was paid for the air conditioning was super loud.And the rooms are looking worn down, for what you pay for the money?It's just not worth it

Clean main areas, pool was nice, and hot tub was nice but had a lot of yellow film on top. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Very outdated. Toilet was not working properly, Front Desk was not helpful and not friendly. Not sure if it’s from being so old or not, but hard to say how clean the room actually was. Tried to get assistance from house keeper to help from getting locked out and she said she wasn’t allowed to help that specific room. Didn’t seem like staff wanted to help their customers.

Hawthorn was a great place to stay and the restaurants were not too far. I can say for an extended stay the place sits high on my list. The furniture is a little worn but the space of the entire place was awesome! The arcade room, pool and gym were bonuses. #crowsandcrowns👑
