No one come to clean the room, unless ur there for a week or more

This is my second stay, and it's still very good

Now that I have landed back home. Let me begin with what my issues are. When I first arrived I got charged $200 for the amenities including parking. Now when I booked the hotel it stated it was included. Plus out of the 6 consecutive years my family has stayed there I was never charged for amenities. Second issue I had was where were the items in our room like broom, vacuum? I had to buy one so I could clean up any mess. Thirdly one of my daughters was bit by a chipmunk and was bleeding. Of course I brought my first aid and treated her. Lastly I noticed the pool was falling apart. Pieces of the pool were coming off. Overall my family and I not happy with our stay at all and thought brought donut on ever returning. I want a refund

It is our favourite and will definitely be returning next year as always!!!!

I really loved my stay here! Nice clean rooms and the office stay was soo nice! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Orlando.

Great place

I’ve been here several times, and I will say that the amenities are nice. But there are improvements that are needed. The bathrooms definitely need some fine tuning. Crooked toilets and drains that are slow are not very appealing. And a new thing…PARKING IS NOT FREE ANYMORE. This was definitely a downer for me. How are you actually charging me for parking?? Appliances definitely could use an upgrade as well. All in all, not too bad, but definitely not the best.

Very clean room, staff were very helpful and informative, there are a lot of amenities. They also have free activities everyday throughout the day.

I love the decor and cleaning and space the villa had to offer well thought out.

It was very easy to access everything that was available to you. Stores was in walking distance as well. The pools could have more to do maybe a volleyball net maybe a pool basketball court just to have some extra activities in the pools.

The property was great! The pool and hot tub were great when we were allowed to use them. They closed for lightning and stayed closed for awhile every day. We enjoyed our stay and will probably bring the family back.

We found the staff very courteous and attentive. The outdoors were extremely well managed. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. All of the cleaning staff did not speak English and it was very difficult to communicate your needs. We had a problem with ants in our room that did not get taken care of in a timely manner.
