Our room was very clean and the staff was great! But the layout of the room itself left a lot to be desired: the TV was way back on an angled wall with no swivel mount to turn the TV towards the bed or pull it out closer. So it was challenging to watch TV in bed. Also, as beautiful as the garden tub is in the middle of the room, there is a thick pole at the front of it that makes it hard to view the TV while relaxing in the bath. It’s like the room had so many nice parts about it (great fridge and microwave!) but the overall layout of the room was just like a bunch of puzzle pieces that just didn’t fit together. We enjoyed our stay and the staff really was attentive, helpful, and kind, but I doubt I’ll stay there again just due to the room not really working for us.

The property was nice. The resort catered to all ages. There's a Cafe on the property with a variety of options. We had a nice garden tub in our room. We enjoyed our short stay.

I had a single room with a king bed, bathtub, & shower. I liked that the toilet was in its own private room. The was comfortable, temp in the room was great,. My family of 8 were in their timeshare, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath suite. No issues with them, roomy enough for 6 adults 2 children. Really there wasnt anything not to like. The staff were excellent, from the front desk, the guy in the foodmarket.

I live in Tampa and I love this hotel. I book it every time we go to the parks.

Unfortunately, during our stay, the resort amenities - including the pool and scheduled activities - were canceled or closed due to rain. While weather is obviously outside the property’s control, it was disappointing to still be charged a resort fee when we were unable to use the resort amenities. I believe those fees should be refunded or adjusted when the amenities they cover are unavailable. What really brought this stay from “okay” to borderline poor, however, was our checkout experience. Someone knocked on our door not once, but three separate times approximately 15–20 minutes BEFORE the stated checkout time. She then proceeded to sit on the steps directly outside our door and wait for us to leave. This was incredibly uncomfortable, disrespectful, and disruptive while we were trying to finish packing and get our belongings out. We were still within our allotted time and should not have been made to feel as though we were being pushed out early. The property already has a checkout time that is an hour earlier than many surrounding properties, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Guests should be allowed to use the full time they have paid for without someone repeatedly knocking and then sitting outside the door waiting for them to leave. The property itself was fine, but the way checkout was handled left a very negative final impression and significantly imp
