Staff very nice everything was clean . Breakfast was good but I prefer bacon instead of sausage.

Clean. Breakfast included. Parking now a few however very low.

Only minor complaint was parking. It is located beside strip mall and when parking is full you can park in spots at the strip mall. Would stay there again and it was convenient to the theme parks

Parking and driving to and from the lot was horrendous. Also I slipped while getting into the shower because the floor has no grip and the tub isn't even flat.

This hotel offers free continental breakfast ( nothing to brag about) they do have a mini Mickey waffle maker, eggs,sausage, oatmeal,cereal,yogurt,hot chocolate,tea,toast,bagels,juice,chocolate milk,and infused water. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to/from Epcot,Universal Studios and I believe Epic Universe. There is a small gym,laundry facilities (which came in clutch so we didn’t have to wash clothes when we arrived home). The washer and dryers were really nice and seemed to be quite new. There is a pool that is located in the rear of the hotel it’s not attached but it’s not far either.

My boyfriend couldn’t get the TV to work so he called the front desk teenagers. They sent a maintenance guy who gave even fewer effs and left without giving the TV. We mentioned this to the teenagers later and they just shrugged. Also mentioned the lack of ten pound weights. Another shrug and some murmuring. Whatever, to be expected. Hire adults to staff your front desk. The breakfast was fine but no bacon. Overall just a piss poor experience. Clearly run by cheap people that just don’t care about their guest’s experience.

Breakfast was awesome. Parking was kind of crazy. A lot of trash left outside hotel. I had to park in way back of hotel & people sitting in cars smoking weed. The plaza hotel next to needs to be reported as looks like trash cans in front of stores was overflowing & rotted food left on side walks there.

A lovely hotel that I would highly recommend in a perfect area of Beuna Vista. All staff were so helpful and friendly from start to finish, namely Carmen (who made our room up to top standard daily and went the extra mile), the breakfast staff (Nadia and the lovely guy on the hot serve counter, really sorry I didn't catch his name), both of whom made breakfast a great experience with their kindness, and ofcourse the reception/front of house team (I apologise as I forgot to get names again) but they certianly went the extra mile in providing us with emergency supplies and advice/guidance when needed. All in all, I cannot give enough praise for a collective team of staff who made our stay extra special. We will definitely be visiting again 😀 thank you all!

The room smelled bad and I left my speaker in room when I checked out. I tried to get it back but the staff kept saying they didn’t see it. The room smelled like a wet carpet and it was very old
