Hyatt Place Orlando/Lake Buena Vista

I have never stayed at a hotel where there has been no room service for 3 days and had to constantly call for towels etc… (Also may I mention it is advertised that housekeeping is supposed to come every 24 hrs) Drain was clogged and housekeeping went in and only decided to unclog the drain (of course too much work to do the whole 9 yards) and left without touching or cleaning anything how sad.. I made my own bed more than these people get paid to do! May I also mention the house cleaners don’t know how to do their job as there was trash on the floor when we arrived and the bathroom wall is filthy with streak marks of who knows what…Just nasty…

The property was clean, checking in was not a problem, very accommodating. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but good. The room was comfortable and clean. We were there for six days and housekeeping never stopped in to clean our room. They changed the towels and never left any washcloths. The a/c got really hot from about 2:30 to 8:00 every morning.

Great value. My room was very clean. Free morning buffet was was good.

No pool towels until the afternoon Unhelpful reception staff at check-in and sorting pool towels. Good sized room And lovely breakfast options.

The location was very convenient, close to Disney Springs, restaurants, and shopping. Johnny at the front desk was also very helpful and made sure we were able to get our room around 1:00 PM as requested The cleanliness was disappointing. We found a dirty cup with coffee in the room when we arrived, and the overall cleanliness could have been much better. The breakfast was also disappointing in terms of quality and variety.

Overall our experience was good. We had problems with a broken fridge that wasn’t replaced/fixed until the end of our second day in the hotel

Over our stay was good , rooms clean , the breakfast great . My only complaint is the lobby smelled humid .

My room was clean and we checked in early and out late. JOHNNY WAS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE HE WAS CHEERFUL, HELPFUL AND A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. THANKS FOR THE GREAT HOSPITALITY. My mom enjoyed the pool and the rooms are big and accommodating for a family.
