Room was clean, staff ; just checked us in not much encounter after that, breakfast; very sneaky on the advertiser instead of saying breakfast not included like other places, it was worded ( breakfast fee !! Any one could have seen breakfast free ) well done on fouling your guests. Laundry; didn’t have to utilize .

Staff was nice the rooms could use extra attention clearly could tell the floors were not clean kitchen had prints all over the appliances sheets in the bed were not soft they had like the little lint balls all over them could use a new shower head wasn’t a bad stay but probably wouldn’t stay here again

Everything was great the staff especially. The location seemed center to everything about 15 to 30 minutes, 5 minutes to Disney Springs. The Rainforest cafes volcano super cool. Earl of Sandwich delicious. My only complaints were minor pillows too soft for me they were like Marshmallows but 4 for every bed. I had to download an app for the washing machines, dryers which required a minimum deposit of 10 dollars at a time which means i left 6.50 in that app. for 2 wash loads 1 dryer load.

We stayed at the property for four days and second day we called and asked for towels we was told we had to come get them, we also asked two times for housekeeping to come clean room and that never happened

Loved having laundry here; along with the breakfast.

Did not enjoy the stay overall. Got a room far from the pool near staff and maintenance areas. Roach in room. Broken glass at fire extinguisher. One room was freezing the other was hot, central air unit controlled both. Staff were friendly. Pool area was the only amazing thing. But it closed at 10 sadly for parents who want late hours without their kids. Breakfast went large portion but was tasty.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable the hot water in the shower was amazing!! The grounds are beautiful they well maintained!! The pool is nice they have someone cleaning it every morning!! I loved this hotel can’t wait to go back!!

Internet on the tv did not work, but other than that, the place was amazing.

I am like the hassle free check-in. The staff member was super polite. However the other staff throughout the stay as I would be in transit and greet, they didn’t greet back which was rude .
