SpringHill Suites Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS® Town Center/Western Entrance

The staff was very helpful during my stay and I enjoyed the amenities, such as the pool and the restaurant/bar. The breakfast buffet selection and specialty coffee bar was also a highlight!

Great stay

The room was clean when we got there but the staff only made heds and left dirty sheets .. the freezer didnt woek or the fridge and because of that the dinner we ordered got ruined at first the daid to email reciet they would reimburse us but they never did and there is no shittle to diney that was booked and they added a suprise parking fee for each day and a deposit was needed for the room that never said that when i booked the room

Upon my entrance into the hotel my first thought was ah this doesn’t seem like it has met my taste! Once I reached my hotel room and seen my room was in clean order I became a bit happier! The bed let’s talk about the bed! Yes the bed was totally clean and very comfortable, the pool grounds perfectly clean with lounge chairs! Overall a very welcoming hotel to stay while visiting Disney ETC! Oh let’s not forget the Breakfast Buffet yes yes yummy delicious variety at its best!!!

Staff especially Juanes went out of his way to help us. Room was great. Breakfast was super as was the area staff. As a matter of fact we were so impressed we have made reservations to return on 9/5-9/8 and have requested the same room on the first if possible. It was so convenient due to us having handicapped scooters. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Beautiful property. Very close to the parks. Close to shopping. Only issue is paying for parking with a QR code. (Just bill it to the room.)

Overall, the property was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower water pressure was weak and housekeeping did not do a good job. Lack of towels, wash clothes, and tissue box was empty.

Conveniently located next to the Disney parks, the breakfast was excellent and included Mickey shaped waffles. The only downside was paying $17 to park for one night to have to walk from the other hotel because there was no parking available.

Typical hotel in a tourist area that attracts several million Travellers a year

We had a few issues with the room, had to hs e housekeeping come up to fix our toilet as the water wasn’t filling up at the top, after multiple failed visits had to basically fix it ourselves, which when on holiday isn’t ideal. Housekeeping missed our room clean twice and after we spoke to reception they apologised and sorted it out later into the visit as a result. The gym is decent but a some of the equipment is broken or not maintained. My partner also was massively put off when she witnessed one of the chefs/staff members from the kitchen go to the toilet, not wash their hands and then go straight back into the kitchen which from a food hygiene perspectives is very bad. I also wasn’t really spoken to correctly about the holiding deposit for the room at both the check in and check out points. Still waiting for the money to go back into my account a week later. Have tried reaching out to the hotel but not had a response yet. All in all, hotel is good but we had some issues of which some still aren’t resolved.

This hotel many are doing is changing for parking with no benefits to the guess. There no insurance, no valet parking, no garage parking to justify the $17.00 dollars.

Staff are nice and cooperative Breakfast very good Pool nice and clean Charge for parking, $ 17 + taxI have stayed at two more hotels they not charge for parking..also Shuttle not available Room service was Every following day

I stayed here for 5 nights unfortunately they never change the linens.
