The only issue was the size of towels in bathroom. ok as alone but for 2 they were too small.

The location is good (though not central). The room is spacious and the cleanliness was OK overall. The camp kitchen is spacious and well maintained (a bit outdated though). The manager was helpful, but not flexible and a bit rude in communication with guests. He didn't allow for the power outlets to be used to charge EVs. The fabric sofa in the room didn't smell good.

Convenient location Heater are not working, rooms are cold as blankets are not warm enough without heating facility. Internet went off and unavailable after 1 hour check-in

pet friendly, good location stay more than one day(5 days), no room service. second morning I asked a female staff for some rubbish bags, she cleaned another check out villa, she just give me one, and told me I should buy rubbish bags myself, it's a small thing, but really upset me.

Didn’t explore the property other than staying in the apartment so not much to comment. We booked 2 bedroom appartment for 4 adults and 3 kids through booking.com. While searching booking.com suggested the apartment we booked and we paid upfront for the booking. We didn’t realise they only have advertised the apartment for 4 adults and 1 kid. We were happy to pay for 2 additional small kids but they asked us to book another 2 bedroom apartment. We payed $155 extra, however the room provided was very smelly- kids didn’t even wanted to stay in. We had to move them to another apartment we booked. The lounge and dinning chairs were all dirty and stained. The people at the reception were super rude and their was zero professionalism at all. The reception area was full of cigarette smell, we couldn’t even take our kids inside.

The games room was a hit with the kid. Even though we didnt swim, there was a decent sized pool. The cabin was just as i thought it would be. Value for money. Cannot think of anything at this time.

A quiet and tranquil location to get away from the buzzing life. A great place to unwind with your family and it's not far from the lakes entrance. My kids loved the rooms and the animal feeding session. The property could have provided WiFi to the patrons and the toilets could have been kept a bit cleaner.
