Orange mold in room 404 bathroom.

Excellent room and amenities. Only complaint is there was pinkish mold in the shower. Just clean a little better

No garbage bags in bathroom. Stepped out of shower grabbed a towel wrapped it around me only to realize their was dried food all over it. Breakfast was good.

Skimpy. Bare minimum. Having extended our stay by one day, no one checked the computer to update our room keys. This meant after a day on the Lake we were locked out of our rooms because the computer wasn’t updated. Staff acted like this was our fault. Our rooms were not cleaned and we had no clean towels to shower after a day at the lake and no Kleenex.

This is a very nice and new hotel. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the night. The breakfast was great. I would not recommend Room 101 as it’s next to the outside door and can get noisy.

Very friendly staff and special shout out to the lady who works in the cafeteria in the mornings. She’s so kind and accommodating and I really appreciated her.

We arrived at the hotel very late and discovered after checking in that the bed linen hadn't been changed. After speaking with the front desk, I was moved to a different room.
