Lakefront Terrace Resort

We were pleased with our stay. Some paint and repairs would help people who were browsing. However, the beds, bath and room were clean and restful!

Location is an easy walk into town. Room was spacious and very clean! This is an older resort and could use a few updates, but that’s just maintenance. The employees were beyond friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great visit!

Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable beds. The view was beautiful and perfect to watch the sun rise. Very close to the main road where there are lots of stores and restaurants.

The only thing I’d add would be some firepits — they would be such a great addition to the property, especially at night. Overall, this place is a little gem, the price was right and we really enjoyed our stay! We will be back next year.

My room had a maintenance issue and they immediately rebooked me at a very similar property even closer in to the village. (Park Lane Motel). I had already spent the afternoon at the hotel, waiting for my room to be ready - enjoying the beach, pool, etc. They were sold out so didn't have an alternative room to offer me, but it turned out the Park Lane was great! An even better location, similar amenities. It was a quick one night getaway and turned out great.

Rooms not that clean unfortunately. Old bathtubs that were painted white and now paint is coming off .small fridge in the room freezes anything you will put inside even though is on the lowest setting . Stuff friendly and helpful

There were a bunch of long black hairs all over the bathtub. I was only there one night but it was subpar for how much the room was.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Didn’t realize ahead that the pool was salt water and some of the tiles were falling off. It could have been cleaner. Very nice beach front and adequate lounges both at pool and beach. Lots of steps to get down to the beach as the property is on a steep hill. Many chairs and tables are available for use on the property . Wi fi went in and out constantly. Big plus is the small cafe where you can buy breakfast or lunch on site. The gentleman who cooks and runs the cafe is both nice and efficient. Prices on food are reasonable when compared to those in LG village, especially for breakfast.

Overall property is nice but in need of some building renovations and updates in some areas. Some firepits and propane grills would be a nice addition.

We had such a wonderful stay at this motel! The place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The view was breathtaking and honestly one of the best parts of our stay — we could have sat there for hours just enjoying the scenery! 😍 The swimming pool was also extremely clean and well maintained, which made it even more enjoyable, especially for the kids. Everything was neat, comfortable, and welcoming. The whole property has such a relaxing atmosphere, and you can really tell that they care about keeping the place nice for their guests. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and relaxing place to stay. We would absolutely come back again! ❤️

Bathrooms old and outdated out side sitting area needs to be swept out door lights did not work not enough chairs to sit outside by the lake.

Staff was very nice, but honestly the pictures are misleading.

Beautiful location but whole property old and outdated.

It was more for families. There is no elevator to the second and third floors so suitcases have to be carried up a full flight of stairs.

Great location, nice uodated rooms. Daily cleaning with friendly staff. Only complaint is they need more lounge chairs by the lake area.

We cut our stay short and only stayed one night. Staff went around in golf carts. There. Should have been some for the guests

let me start off by saying that my family and I had a GREAT TIME. giving ONE star but not to say I would never come back here… the view is amazing. The staff, also super nice, polite and helpful. The fact you can step out of your room and have the view of the lake and access to it directly from the resort was a win within itself. The playground area did the job, the pool was fine, had plenty of space, paddle board and kayak rentals that you could literally get right on the lake from the little beach area we had was phenomenal.. and were priced awesome. The cleanliness of the place from the outside was also good. there was never any garbage laying around, they kept it very nice from the outside. NOW THE ROOMS (deep sigh). From outside looking in, the rooms looked neat. BUT the floors were absolutely FILTHY. like they havent been deep cleaned and mopped in months… now i know its difficult because its a water locale. you are walking in and out from being on the lake so its not going to be spotless, but i mean within 5 steps w/ new socks, they were BLACK. they were SUPER GRITTY and it continued on into the bathrooms. not in the best condition. I was so disgusted with the conditions of the floors. i did the least walking around barefoot as i could, which obviously wasnt the most comfortable because you want to be able to relax once its time for bed and wind down. hopefully they can come up with a solution for this because its the only negative. if they did i would def come back
