Beautiful clean and relaxing place
-
Nothing wrong with staff but room did not smell good and room was dirty, hair from prior tenants, dirt felt all over floors.
-
My room was clean and the people were extremely nice and helpful. The patrons were also really nice and there seemed to be enough beach chairs for everyone.

What made the stay worse; 3 large groups of people were staying in multiple rooms together throughout the property, they were loud, hogged all the amenities & acted as if they owned the place. In the evening, the groups took up all the fireplaces, the ping pong table (&all afternoon) and caused my daughter & her friend to leave the pool early because my girls felt uncomfortable due to one of the adults repeatedly staring at my girls. The groups had 5-7 of their children rough housing & stealing the pools beach balls from my daughter &her friend. We wanted to use a firepit but all of the firepits were taken by the groups. Rather than the group all staying at the main fireplace together they instead decided to split up & use all the fireplaces until after quiet hours (no consideration for other guests). This property is also listed as being in Lake George online & throughout the booking process but it's actually in Bolton Landing so unbeknownst to us, it was an 11 min. drive to the village. I felt it was overpriced for the experience we had &for the state of the rooms.

Close to lake- nice aesthetic, nice pool Staff friendly. Room comfortable - spacious kitchen, comfortable beds. Good cable tv. Nice beach. Room was fine- but some little issues: electric outlets in strange places, not by the nightstand by the bed to charge phone; no full length mirror: water pressure low; lighting very dim. Curtains didn’t close right. Kitchen needs more surface space for food preparation

Very cute property with clean rooms and attentive staff. Love that the paddle boards were included!

Location, views, beach and kayaks.

Well maintained quiet and clean property excellent for families / groups or couples. The property has several fire pits, patios, and places to sit throughout so there is always a place for you. Having a pool and the direct lake access with amenities means you don’t have to leave the property. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We would stay again.

Nice quiet property. The staff was helpful and friendly The apartment we stayed in was clean but has a very distinct smell that was overpowering. Very dank and mildew like. Possibly a dehumidifier would have helped.
-
Having a common washing machine and a line to dry we clothes would have been cherry on the cake

Upon arrival we were assigned a parking space in front of our room. Unfortunately, a guest staying in the neighboring room was constantly parked in our space which left us parked in front of the laundry/bathroom. I pointed it out to the front desk attendant but it was not resolved during our two day stay.

we loved it .. great place

Staff welcoming. Had hardwood floors. Nice kitchenette area. Room available with extra beds. Had a pool available. Had AC. Steep driveway wasn't pleasant. Bathroom window no privacy, no shade or blinds. Water pressure low.
-
Very clean. Nice grounds. Good location. Pool not heated!

The curtains to the outside windows don’t cover the full window - and when you’re in a first floor room with people hanging outside your window you definitely want it to be able to be fully covered. Would also recommend a longer shower curtain so the bathroom floor doesn’t get all wet every time you take a shower. Also some insulation around the doors would help with the noise - the walls/ceiling are already paper thin. And even a vending machine in the lobby to buy water/ snacks would be useful. We were told the tap water wasn’t okay to drink by hotel staff.

The Juliana Resort is a relaxing vibe and a gorgeous landscape around the whole facility. I luved all the hanging baskets that were real flowers and all the hostas around the property. All the gazebos had the hanging lights, and all the other guests were super friendly. I come to Lake George every year and this will definitely be my top choice. I stayed in the 2-bedroom room and it had a private patio, and it was private. One day it rained and we sat on the porch with the nice hanging umbrella and listened to the rain and talked about the lake and all its history. Thank you so much for a perfect week. The only negative is the property is on a single main road, and it can be challenging to make a left turn to the Village of Lake George. May need to trim the tree to the right of the driveway. The staff and facilities were great. It's a nice place for families, directly on the lake. This was our second time here and we'll come back again. The only downside was due to a storm that knocked out all power in the resort and surrounding area. The power was out for 4-5 hours at night, which made it difficult to sleep in the heat, as well as no toilet or sink water, which need electricity for the water pumps. Outside of this, everything else was great, and will definitely come back again.
