New spacious room with a fabulous view. They went out of their way to prepare a nice card with chocolates for my son’s birthday! I give them credit for finding a way to serve breakfast at everyone’s room. A bit awkward eating in that space with 3 people.

the room was not big and the facilities felt a little outdated. The heating in the room was not warm enough, and the handheld shower head was loose—it suddenly fell down while I was showering and hit me on the head.

This apartment was so cool. One of the nicest places we stayed in NZ. We had a studio room with the most amazing view of Lake Tekapo and when you lay on the bed you could look through the skylight at the stars. Lovely and clean. We enjoyed our breakfast (included in price) in our room (bacon, eggs, baked beans croissant, jam, fruit, yoghurt etc) while enjoying the view. We ordered our breakfast for 8am and it arrived right on the dot.

The electric ceiling curtain window that is able to open to see the galaxy when the sky is clear but unfortunately we didn't know that until the morning. The staff should tell to any guests about this facility. Hotel price is about bit high.

Stayed for the star gazing in a room with skylight and the property left parking and walkway lights on all night. Understand for safety but could have red lights or something to cut down on light pollution since this prevented from star gazing at property. Had to leave and drive into town to see anything

Modern clean hotel with many luxury touches. Breakfast delivered to the room. Far view of lake. Sky light on top of bed for stargazing. Limited parking. Too expensive.

The window on the ceiling is wonderful. You can see the stars from the bed. It is very close to Lake Tekapo. Fantastic Lake view. The staff are friendly and helped us transport our luggage to our room. It provided disposable toothbrushes and slippers.
