No bugs is a good thing. it had the nasty rusted AC smell that's the worst part. Basic

the ac was too loud, roachs in the room, greasy floor

First room dirty and they had to place in a second room. Second room filthy floor, sheets and a overall not what is expected.

Staff was amazing easy booking and check in. Just bugs:( was able to change rooms that one had mold. Was more bugs but phone died before I could get a picture of all of them

Oh there was no garbage can in the room the soap dispenser was leaking everywhere you could hear the air conditioner dripping from the air conditioner upstairs no microwave and no ice tray in the room

The rooms were very very low maintained and as soon as you walk in you can literally smell the mold. The bathroom were so gross and moldy to the point that I could barely breath. The air conditioner barely worked and we was hot thru the night. The floors were not swept or mopped. The bathroom sink had no water to it. Also the motel required me to have an additional money for deposit after I had already paid for the room. Me barely getting to my location from out of state didn’t have the money for the deposit. Which was $100 more. Honestly the entire motel needs to be condemned. The worst mold issue and it doesn’t help with my health conditions probably made them worse. I want a full refund because I shouldn’t have been charged if any thing they should have paid me to stay there.

I didn't like anything while I was there considering the fact that I went to rent the room again and they told me I was on a do not rent list the lady wanted to argue with me nobody there had ever told me that I was not allowed there ever and she couldn't even find the paperwork she tried saying that when I stayed there long time ago she kicked me and other people out and didn't give me my deposit back well FEMA paid for that visit and I didn't even have a deposit so she's lying and anyway I can't remember her name but bad for your business she's the white heavier set lady with the long blonde hair no didn't meet my expectations how satisfied with your room how The ladies attitude

Nothing. Breakfast was cereal, stale bread , and watered down waffle mixture There were cocroaches all over the place even in the breakfast area killed one on the food table. There was mold in the first room we had. The halls smelled of overpowering Marijuana, when it was a smoke free hotel. There were holes in the walls, our one bed was broken, and the bathroom sink bowl had a huge Crack in it so it leaked everywhere if we used it. There was no microwave in our room and the refrigerator would not get cold. The staff was overly rude at checkout stood in front of her for five mins before she acknowledged me because she was playing a game on her cell phone.

The stay at Baymont was nice. The staff are all super helpful and wonderful. It was very quiet most of my stay. The only thing that I feel can be improved is the upkeep of the grounds (there is often trash in the bushes etc), and also I think some sort of security is needed as there are often homeless ppl around. I once came in a side door in the building and there was a homeless woman and her dog in the stairwell! I screamed, the dog barked, and she quickly left. Also access to the pool should be verified so that ppl who aren’t guests aren’t able to walk up and use it. But I def would stay again as the check in is easy and the staff are great (even the cleaning staff).
