Everything was top notch from the courteous, helpful and friendly staff to the cleanliness, comfort and convenience to local restaurants and shops. Very quiet and family oriented.

The front desk lady Vidal was so helpful and very professional as well as nice she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with getting us a handicap room my husband had injured his knee at work and she helped us with changing us to a room that accommodates our needs at that time she’s the best front desk person I’ve ever worked with her personally is great she handles customers who had bad experiences and gets them in a better mood thank you Vidal for making my day better The only thing I can say is that the handicap type room 103 we are in is the toilet is a little too low it needs to be higher

Nice and very clean place

First floor room was very quiet even though it wasnt far from check-in desk. Personnel were friendly and respectful. Nice location. Breakfast was a little lacking. We ended up going to the nearby Waffle House to eat.

Our room had a noticeable musty/moldy smell, and the bathroom especially needs attention. There was no toilet lid, the toilet flush handle was finicky, the shower faucet would drip unless tightened extremely hard. Several fixtures showed visible rust and corrosion, including the toilet-paper holder, tissue dispenser and grab-bar hardware. The in-room AC was propped up with pieces of 2x4 lumber, which looked like a makeshift installation. This was particularly surprising because many reviews describe the property as remodeled. Perhaps some of the updates are primarily cosmetic, such as the hard flooring and décor, because our room still had numerous visible maintenance issues that we would expect to have been addressed. The breakfast was also disappointing. The breakfast area is very small and the selection was extremely limited. The main protein options were cold hard-boiled eggs and warm sausage, with toast being about the only thing we found appealing. None of these issues alone would necessarily have prompted a complaint, but together they made the stay feel decidedly below the level we expected from a Wyndham property.
