Extremely disappointed in the way the staff treats you. Terrible attitude and tone, will never stay here again I've cancelled the rest of my stay here just to move to a different motel chain. Been here for almost 2 weeks till this morning.

We stayed for one night. The hotel was clean, you can see they need updates in their decor, rooms, and lounge area, but the areas were well maintened and clean. We understand it's an extended hotel so most of the people that are staying there are for more than one night and stay for weeks or months. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was VERY clean and the hotel and hallways smelled so good and clean.

Everything was well maintained at this property and check in/out was a breeze. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed for a longer stay. We also utilized the laundry room and I was surprised at how well priced the machines were!

This hotel has roaches on top of roaches. Staff (Heather) was argumentative. Called corporate to escalate complaint. Left next day but prepaid for 1 week. Was declined a refund!

The security cards failed all the time for the outside doors and worked 90 to 95 percent on the rooms. The breakfast was a joke! All they had was granola bars, packaged muffins and coffee. The bathroom door would not shut properly and the air conditioner vents woke us up when the AC shut off.

The property was very nice clean kept up. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. I need a new showerhead because the water comes out a little too slow for my liking other than that. Everything else was awesome.

I love the staff that are friendly and go out of their way to make their sure their guests are comfortable. They make guests feel like they are a priority and they are very friendly

The TV was repaired on the same day and we had no more problems with it. They were having a new roof put on and this was noisy. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. Every employee I met was cordial and spoke nice English. The pool was out of service one day of our visit. The rest of the time the pool was beautiful. I would stay again as I thought the Hotel was a great value for the price.

breakfast can use some work, nothing out when we got down around 8:30, beds are extremely to hard like sleeping on concrete, our room was nice except for the cleanness of it kitchen sink was not clean. but over all nice for the price I guess.
