Only one elevator at checkout time is a problem. No central A/C, just window units

The staff is wonderful. The morning breakfast was great. The coffee was great. Everything was just welcoming. This would definitely be a place that I would stay at again.

Older hotel that could use some updates. Hallway at night was loud and echoey maybe due to carpet being thinner. Rooms are non carpeted which contributes to nosier conditions. Breakfast was very basic and decorations were odd and out of date. Room was clean and tv was upgraded allowing us to watch Netflix. Overall ok experience. If you like basic hotels this would be great but if you like things a bit more bougie look elsewhere.

First night of my stay, the next to had a party going at 3 am. They were also loud and waking up numerous guest. The remainder of my stay was good. Was able to sleep the complete night.

This hotel seems to have gone through rehab a couple years ago and then they never maintained anything so it's fading. Water damage in the bathroom, dirty

Breakfast had an extremely minimal selection. Ya gotta witness it to understand. However, the bed linens were very comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully. With all that, we would not stay there again. We would likely pay more simply to have a much better accommodations...and we're not that picky, but this place was "sketchy."

We needed a safe place to sleep and this place definitely did the job. Bed was comfy and it was quiet at night.

This was an economical hotel, close to Red Rocks for a concert. The room was quiet but run down. The bathroom was painted, but not in good shape.

Great staff - very helpful. Older hotel but well maintained. Good location! Elevator is cranky!!

Good breakfast

Downstairs dirty, elevator didn't work half the time, the people above us were banging and making all sorts of noise from 5 am on, didn't sleep much. Complained 4 times to front desk and nothing done. The toilet didn't flush, so they gave us a plunger because maintenance wasn't on property, complete nightmare

Clean property and room, great breakfast options, and convenient location!

Waffles are the best part of the hotel breakfast but y’all didn’t have them! Half & half works have been amazing too and fruit you can actually eat not green bananas. But other than that it was great all the way!

Close location, quiet and clean Nothing

Room did have some hair on the floor. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average.

The room was good. Would have been a good room for like an overnight or 2. But our 5 days stay, no drawers to put our clothes in, (living out of the suitcase and clothes all over the loveseat), the fridge didn't have a freezer top to freeze ice packs for the next day hikes and our microwave in the room didn't work for leftovers. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the ac was okay though.

The hotel was a great value for the price. The rooms were clean and spacious. The facility was clean and the staff was quick and friendly.
