Best Western Lakewood

The front desk gal was so friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and really convenient to stretch our legs and walk to the store and restaurant.

We had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were clean.

This hotel was fine, but I didn’t exactly feel safe in the neighborhood. Two of the lights were not working and it was simple, but that was disappointing when we first got there. It definitely felt more like a motel than a hotel. Not one that we would choose again.

Staff were very helpful; breakfast was good, rooms were spacious but had an "old smell". For the price, it's recommended.

Great Lakewood lication

Great people great property. Rooms are very nice comfortable beds

The breakfast was very good and the staff was great. Did have issue with my room; the toilet wasn’t flushing right and the shower head was stiff (wouldn’t move).

Convenient location for my plans. I didn't use the pool area, but would have if my stay was longer. I've stayed at this location many times and like the friendliness of the staff, it's quiet, and kept up well.

Nice room, and definitely worth the cost. All of the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was a typical hotel included breakfast.

The room was clean and it was so quiet which was wonderful! Didn't get woke up from slamming doors or people talking in the halls!

Great pool

2nd time staying here, and there were some differences between 2 visits in the last month: the pool was outstanding for hanging out with friends and family, but it was quite dirty, lots of debris/leaves all over the bottom, so be sure to wear water shoes. The bed was still super comfy, but the rooms have a slight "old motel" smell, yet clean enough not to feel worried. Breakfast last month was fantastic, with lots of options and choices, but this time a few food items such as potatoes and biscuits weren't ready until almost 7am. The food seemed like it was bland and limited, and my husband likened it to "prison food". Still, we can't complain about a free meal, we just noticed the differences was all. All in all, its clean, somewhat quiet, budget friendly, and filling. We'll be back next month, and look forward to a more positive review! :)

Accommodating , clean , convenient

This hotel offered breakfast, and a nice outdoor heated pool that the kids loved and staff is friendly and laid back. The rooms are very low lit, and carpets are very dirty. The beds are also old and uncomfortable. Price was competitive.

The room was big and comfy. Need more room for the clothes.
