Located at the centre of Lamai beach. Restaurant has good food, kind staff, and lovely view of the beach. Resort is on a perfect stretch of the beach good for swimming plenty of loungers. If you don’t need fancy, you will not be disappointed here as it has everything you need. Hot showers and AC. Quiet. Walkable to many restaurants stores and the night market. Was worried the jet ski business would be loud but it was not at all and entertaining to watch. Nothing. It met our expectations. We did miss having a pool for the kids, but the ocean was good for swimming.

The staff was really nice There were tons of mosquitos and other winged insects in my room so I was bitten all night and the bathroom toilet was wet on the seat when I arrived. And there were tons of bugs - it was humid and felt kind of just unclean there were dead bugs killed on the walls of the room.

the beds were not the best, too hard for me. Long waiting time for food in the restaurant. But a nice place to wait so not a big problem in the end.

This place is a gem. All staff are so polite and helpful. Location is awesome. The restaurant kept impressing us on every dish and beverage we ordered. We will definitely return to stay at this property. No view of the beach from the rooms. But all rooms are a few steps away from the beach and you can hear the waves from your bangalow.

It has everything you need. Cozy place to stay, close to beach, quiet, peace, warm staff, perfectly functional rooms in the midst of plants and trees. It somehow all comes together! It is basic, and interior would be considered dated, but it all works, and all function well.

Close to the beach and shopping! A great location with nice people. I think the food and drinks could have been better at this resort. We also had a hard time tracking workers down if we needed anything throughout our stay. But once we did- they were always wonderful!

It was perfect for what me and my son wanted, a minute walk to the beach, 5 to town and night market. Massages and jet skis on the beach and a cosy place to drop our bags, get a shower and have a sleep. Staff were great too. Will definitely be back

We spent 5 nights at the property and it was a good stay. The beach is literally a 30 second walk and so is the town therefore the location is perfect. The staff were excellent, you receive water every day and your room is cleaned providing new towels. However, as we are on a budget, we opted for a room with a fan rather than paying an extra £30 for air-con. The fan wasn’t close to giving us any relief from the humidity and heat, making it very difficult to comfortably stay in our room during the day. Even using our toilet was a struggle. If you choose to stay at this property, we definitely recommend paying extra for air-con. Other than that, we had a great time!

A fabulous gem close to both the beach and Lamai City. We stayed 2 weeks. Goi and her warm and welcoming staff made us feel at home. It was nice to follow their activities all day long, making tasty food and drinks, keeping the beach and the patios clean, and preparing water scooters for the day. You can get good massage on the beach, use their laundry service, or rent a motorbike. Clean and comfortable living with quiet and effective AC! There were two kinds of bungalows. We stayed in a house with two apartments. On the opposite side were smaller, standalone bungalows. None of the bungalows are facing the beach, but there is a well-kept, nice path leading to it. The beach can seem to be non-existing or unclean if the water is high and waves big, but suddenly, when water is lower and waves smaller: the beach is perfect! Breakfast and the coffee is superb! Breakfast is a la carte: prepared for you! Fresh, anything from the menu! So was everything else we tried from the menu.

Lovely welcoming friendly staff. Food and drinks were excellent. Bungalows are cleaned to a high standard Our bungalow was just far enough from the main busy street for the noise to fade away leaving us in relative peace and quiet. Thank you to all the staff.

Right beside the beach with plenty sunloungers and lots to do.. very good food in restaurant at reasonable prices I was right beside the kitchen which was noisy at times.

Lovely owner provided me free breakfast. I could choose whatever i wanted from the menu. It was excellent. Everything was perfect.

Location is in the mid of Lamai, night market just a couple of minutes. You can rent a scooter and do laundry there. We had cockroaches in the room, but that’s Thailand sometimes
