Right on the beach makes entertaining kids easy, breakfast was great - lots of options for us and our son who has a peanut allergy. Room was biggest we have stayed in to date. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Considering the number of babies that stay there, it would be great if a few bottle sterilisers could be provided in the rooms. We had to buy a bowl and boil water ourselves to sterilise bottles, which was quite inconvenient.

Great access to the beach. The staff made sure beach beds and umbrella’s were always available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to the walking street and the night markets. Pool and beach were quiet with mostly adults staying. Clean. Room was dated and a little tired. Breakfast buffet was expensive $20 CAD per person. Choices were adequate. Overall the property could use a facelift. Linens & towels could use a replacement.

Wonderful staff, so very helpful, friendly, welcoming & kind. Great location on the beach with a clean, lovely pool, restaurant, daily breakfast & 2 happy hours. Nice mix of international tourists & a good quiet hotel for families & the non-partying travellers. Great location with lots of restaurants & spas close by! The high step in tub/shower was a little difficult to get access to so maybe an update to a walk in shower would be safer & easier to prevent water spills

I’ll start of by saying the room was amazing, spacious for all three of us, smart tv, AC, balcony and very comfortable beds. Pool, breakfast and beach area was great too! A lot of sun beds, umbrellas and little table for your phone or any beverages. Waitresses came to the beach area for any food/drink order which was very convenient. And also- the best beach we’ve seen so far in kho Samui I didn’t like at the property that it want very vegetarian friendly. I am vegetarian and the egg (that had topping including ham) that was cooked every morning was made at the same pan as all the other eggs including the ones that was mixed with ham. I couldn’t really find my way there since I also eat gluten free so we went out every morning for breakfast. Also, our room was very close to the road and they had construction there which was lound on day time if we wanted to rest.. besides this two things we lived our stay there and would love to go back:)

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Although there were renovations during our stay, we were upgraded to a villa for free as compensation which I consider the gold standard of service. The rooms were spotless, and the resort had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant is basic and overly expensive. The Wednesday BBQ was a disappointing experience; we couldn't sit on the beach, and the portions were small and overpriced. I'd recommend going outside for food.

Breakfast is brilliant: a very wide choice of western and thai foods. Rooms are nice - we had a garden villa which was very spacious really friendly manager and all other staff were really nice too choice of menu food at in house restarant was a little limited but the food was good quality

The location was good The staff were arrogant and unhelpful. The air-conditioning broke down and they changed our room at 2am. No water hose and the room was drab.

Breakfast was OK not your big hotel offering but an agreeable selection. The pool was great and had some shade which is needed. The beach area was excellent but you could get burned under the umbrellas so slip slop slap. The mojitos were the best tasted all holiday. Just yum. It's not a large property so not a lot of space around the pool area and a few tacky things like old flags strung between trees etc just don't add anything except clutter. Kitchen areas behind bar etc windows could do with a deep clean.

Location is fantastic by the beach and also very close to restaurants, night market etc. Tote bag with beach towels inside was very handy. Cozy pool area with lots of free sunbeds. Breakfast was good with egg station. Private Thai style villa with sea view was lovely. Nothing

Reception staff very friendly. Comfortable beds. Close to restaurants and evening market. Located on nice beach. Rooms could benefit from an update. Some rooms are situated in an area where less daylight enters. Breakfast basic.
