a little run down,but there was a bath in the bathroom,and hot water in the sink! comfortable bed with nice towels,even the tv worked....couple of hundred yards from the beach... building site opposite with staff cars making it difficult to get my rented scooter out sometimes.....

Great location with a short direct walk to the beach. The staff was so thoughtful and learned our routine and always cleaned our room while we were at the beach in the morning.

The bathroom had a ton of flies in it and it smelled like sewage. On top of the fact that the hotel was on a side alley way that was filled with debris and construction materials/ garbage.

Garden View terrible going outside property was like a tipping ground building works opposite property we left a day early lad at reception gave us a days money back wich was appreciated.

For the price this place is great - very large room, clean, balcony, and 1 min walk to the beach. The family who runs it is very kind and attentive to cleaning and restocking waters, towels, etc. The location is right in the center of Lamai Beach, so it's close to everything. I was very happy with my choice to stay here. The rooms look out at another hotel so it feels a bit like being in a fish bowl with the curtains open :) There is currently a bit of construction happening next door, so there is some noise happening but nothing crazy. That said, I would come back!

It’s located in Lamai which is near all the convenient stuff in lamai area. The property is old and needs some renovation a lot of things broke. There was a water stained on the ceiling.

We are staying at Summer Inn every time we visit Koh Samui and it never disappointed us. The hotel is located literally 1 minute walk from the Lamai beach. Manager is super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with large balcony, and cleaned daily. Trusted motorbike rental is just around the corner.

Very nice rooms, two showers! The staff was lovely and even lent us some books because they saw that we were swedish. Good location aswell next to lamai Night Market and the beach.

It was close to the beach and night market. The hotel cat is the cutest You could shut the net curtain during the day without closing the main curtain so anyone could see into your room during the day.
