The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was good with hot and cold items that were constantly refilled. Staff were very good to talk to.

Con: Our room was on the main Highway side directly Room 429....traffic noise all night long.

Room had a musty smell to it. Bed sank down and bedding felt damp. Visible mold around outside of shower towards floor. Breakfast was ok. Stains around bottom fabric on bed. Shower floor looked dirty. Staff were very nice. I wanted to split payment between credit card and cash (my friend & i were splitting the cost) and they couldn't accommodate at front desk....didnt know how.

it took a while to get our room but we were 20 minutes early but other than that our stay was perfect

Gear hotel. Reasonably priced. Just need room silencers. The nose from the hallways and outside are loud.

The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We also really appreciated the convenience of the fresh coffee available around the clock and the complimentary breakfast each morning, which made heading out for our day simple and stress-free. For a multi-night stay, Avid delivered top-notch value, comfort, and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!

I have been there a half of a dozen times and always had a good experience. The staff is warm and welcoming. I felt the bathroom should have been cleaned better. There was a lot of soot on the floor tiles at the top. I wiped it with a tissue and black debris came off. Also the shower doors need to be either caulked or bleached at the bottom base. However the floor was clean and the rest of the room was clean.

There were bugs on bed frame, headboard and mattress. There was food all around on floors and under beds. The bathroom toilet, shower, glass and floors were horribly cleaned! Four people were put in a room with ONE bed. Three adults, with one being an elder and the fourth guest was a child 5'11 in height. I still feel Very disappointed and uncomfortable. As well as, feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I would never stay at Avid again.

From the front desk check-in to check-out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the amenities were useful. Breakfast and staff were great, as well!
