Lancaster Suites

Hotel being currently renovated, lots of building materials stacked in the lobby!by the elevator. Room itself was clean and staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Despite the hotel being under renovations, the hotel ran smoothly and was kept very clean. The free continental breakfast had a good variety of options and the hotel location was GREAT!

The room was very noisey. There were 2 highways that were very close along the front and rear of this hotel. There were large trucks and vehicles passing by at high speed, all night and day for the whole week. My sleep was interrupted many times every night. Also the water had a bad smell and taste.

We were unaware that the hotel was under renovation, so there was furniture and fixtures all over the common areas. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room itself was unexpectedly larger than expected.

Breakfast was okay. Need more variety. May stay again

Breakfast was nice. Linens were nice and fresh, but room was not so clean, and carpet was very old and needed shampooed.

needs updates, clean better. bugs all over!

Decent place and size it's clean. It's just by the highway so it's extremely noisy at night.

Going through a remodel and I got put in an old room First room at an egregious smell of mildew to the point I had to ask to move. Hopefully the renovation improves the quality as it's closer to motel quality than hotel in its current state. Lots of construction and boxes, but no noise and everything was reasonable.

Currently going thru renovation, which is well overdue. Couch and chair were very old and stained with sweat from the head, etc. We couldn't stay in this hotel room. Paid and checked out within an hour. Perhaps would be a nice place after renovations are completed.

Convenience I informed the front desk of mold in the shower the response was ok but they never took care of it I included a photo

The hotel is located near to all the major attractions in Lanscaster. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent providing a variety of foods. Next time in Lancaster this will be our top choice. By the way, the staff is very hospitable.

The bathroom was very clean. The hotel is located next to a highway so any time a truck put its brakes on, you wake up. The air conditioner was very moldy and did not remove any moisture from the room. It was not good at cooling the room either, just one spot by the bed
