Hampton Inn Lancaster

All in all we had a wonderful time but that’s because that’s the way we are. We love the conjoining rooms we enjoyed there was an option for breakfast. The pool is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and I was so happy that when I asked for pillows, they brought them up right away …that really put a bright turn on things . The problem though is that the breakfast wasn’t so good. The coffee was very bad and it was just very lackluster for the price. I mean we had two rooms 1300 and change and we just didn’t expect the front desk to look like a motel . Also the employees in general do not really seem very happy or pleasant or friendly but either way we had a great time I would go to courtyard next time I think.

We stayed here for one night during our road trip and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Free parking was also a big plus. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but overall, we had no complaints. Great place for a comfortable overnight stay!

Rediscovering Hampton Inn after staying at a competitor. I remember why I started there, and can't think of a reason to go to another lodging. 2 locations in 2 different cities were wonderful, did not disappoint.

Location and staff Everything was great.

The place was spotless, with excellent amenities, with a wonderful staff. The location located between downtown Lancaster and the Amish areas.

Room was okay—small but clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. I would stay here again if making the same trip in the future.

Very clean. Very professional. Good breakfast. Family friendly.

Breakfast was the same for two days not my preferred style. Egg and cheese omelet with then being overcooked and crust on the edges. Also breakfast was chicken sausage and not my preference.

It was clean with nice beds and water pressure. Breakfast was good too.

Great place to stay

Clean room, wide variety of foods at breakfast and hot tea and coffee available all day. Also snacks to take for your days travel.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful scenery great places to walk our pup. Staff was wonderful. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. 10/10;

The staff were very friendly - pool area was really relaxing nice area. The room was clean - except for shower. Done sort of gunk around the shower door. We had first floor room behind checking and near breakfast room and it was loud!
