Great location with view. "Receptionist in one word – disaster. The request for an account with details was completely ignored, and when asked if they could fix the account they messed up, they just laughed and said no!" "I also stayed for two nights, and no one came even once to change the towel or take out the trash. For a price of over 200 euros per night, I would expect someone to make the bed and remove the trash."

The hotel itself was very nice and a big upgrade to the old Hotel Öresund in a different building. Beds were comfy and the view on the harbor was nice. I liked the little balcony to get some air too. Breakfast selection was very good. Reception staff could have been a bit more friendly.

Nice breakfast. They lost my booking on the system and took really long time to give me the room despite showing the booking print out. They also had a paper copy of my arrival, but since the computer was not showing it was really slow check-in.

the location 1) the omission of crucial information on booking.com: I selected the hotel as it was branded ‘Spa’ Hotel. nowhere did it say that it’s not a spa hotel for kids. it DOES say that kids above 12 are treated as adults (and charged for like that). So had I known about couldn’t spa with my kid, I wouldn’t have booked. kiddo was really disappointed and person at reception was super defensive and rude, trying to blame all sorts of others (including me) when I tried to let her know. 2) the tv’s in the room are awful low resolution 3) no espresso machine for their breakfast buffet…we’re not in the 80’s anymore. Kindly the staff activated the restaurant machine but the coffee was awful and it took 20 minutes.

The location is perfect! The room is cozy, perfectly clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included is really good. Free and safe parking slot for our bikes -

Decent sized room, with large balcony. Comfortable and clean. Staff functional but fully competent and willing. Adequate restaurant (international cuisine), and decent breakfast. Excellent location for the port and ferry to Ven (5 min walk). The car park was full. But at 5 minutes walk there is the large ferry car park, with reasonable 24-hour rates.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and still feels pretty new. Good location in the middle of Landskrona. Pretty easy to find parking on the streets not too far away from hotel. Really expensive and not really value for money. but not much else to choose from in town. garage under hotel with charging, but it was super expensive, so found better options on the street. Plenty of Chargers within 5min walking

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel. When I checked in, we have 4 towels in the bathroom. The 2nd day only 3 towels are provided. The 3rd day we got only two. On the 4th day they provide 1 towel. In other words, the longer you stay, the less service youj get. I think the 4 stars were wrongly given.
