Red Roof Inn Philadelphia - Oxford Valley

The price was good but the rooms smelled like you were on a bar. They say no smoking, but the whole place smells like cigarettes. The inside of the microwave had rust and it was dirty. The sheets were dirty as well as the bathtub. This place needs an upgrade and renovation. The staff where nice.

Room was disgusting and I asked staff to clean room and they said there was nothing they can do about it

over priced.. Walkway to rooms smelled like feline urine,the hot ac units exhaust amplified the stench.The Elevator stunk!! had to hold breath from 1st-3rdfloor due to the HEAVY PORT- A -POTTY OUTHOUSE smell. ,The room door had gaps welcoming outside lights and insects or varmits small enough to squeeze through.. or was it an escape route due to the rooms smelling like a high school gym dirty laundry bag. Parking was decent,staff were very friendly and definitely out of place there. If you needed clean towels,you have to bring them to the lauindry room and exchange for clened,old musty worn out rags. (Buy your own at walmart,. also get sheets to use over their bedding.) Electrical sockets were so worn out that they were struggling to hold a plug all the way in even though they kept falling out which made it hard to get multible acessories charged. Best part was the location. Other than that, I won't ever use them again!!I wouldnt be surprised if George Washington slept there from the looks of the place.

The staff was excellent. They were very accommodating. I was not impressed with the hotel rooms when I walked in. I could not find my remote. I had to go to the front desk to get a new one. They wanted too much money for their rooms. I don't think it was worth the price. The sheets had spots on it. I was very disappointed.

Weekend parking got real crowded (August 2026) Seseme Place amusement pk. is nearby. Small room but clean, and firm beds. The staff is excellent, I left my cell phone on an outdoor trash can, a laundry lady turned it in to the office.

The rug was wet. The sheets were damp. The toilet seat was broken. The tub didn’t look clean. There was no phone in the room.

Location Mold in shower and smell in 2 out of 3 rooms

Location to Sesame Place Elevators smelled like urine, rooms smelled musty, air conditioning was sub par

Served it's purpose, room had old mold smell but was neat.

The place should be condemned. The staff was very nice though .

Affordable, not bad when comparing cost but you get what you pay for.

We walked into the room and it smelled like cat pee. The sheets and pillows and shower were dirty and covered in hair. The chair looked like it had blood spots on it. The floor looked liked it had not been swept in months. We checked in and checked right back out.

The room where beds are was okay in cleanliness. The bathroom was terrible, had mold, tub was a mess. If I was to base my experience with bathroom I would not come back and not recommend this hotel.

Red roof is great value for money also the locations are within reaching distance to food drink and shopping To be fair the value of your stay not much to say about not likes

The bed was not great. Broken down and could feel all the springs.
