The bed was good, but the pillows were not. We needed 4 each and still wasn't enough support but overall it was a nice experience. Having great staff is very important for us and really contributes to your overall experience of a hotel.

So much wear and tear in the room, really needs a remodel/clean up. Drapes were stained and dirty, carpet was stained and dirty, shelf falling off of wall by sink, vents in ceiling were all rusted, shower/bathroom needed some serious TLC, and dishwasher in room never worked (the whole reason we picked this hotel). Very thin walls, heard dogs barking across the hallway the entire night. Overall, not great.

They upgraded up which was lovely but the shampoo & stuff was all empty in the shower and I found some nasty hair in the bathroom that wasn’t cleaned up before we arrived. The pool wasn’t open and that really put a sour taste in my mouth. I got this hotel for that. Could have stayed elsewhere but didn’t.

This property was very nice. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! Breakfast is great, but they did not provide water at breakfast (during a major heatwave) only juice, milk, coffee which was interesting. The floor in my room kitchen was clean but extremely slippery, my son and I slipped several times but ultimately just tried to avoid the slippery kitchen floor. Overall would definitely stay again.

Standard fare for this type of hotel. Could be cleaner. Mattress a bit soft and sagged.

The cleaning staff rushed us out of our room in the morning to clean. My mom is handicapped and the mornings are hard for her.

Great easy check in. Plentiful breakfast accommodations, to include dairy and gluten free options. Pool area is very well maintained. Very large rooms. Overall 5 star stay. Will stay again.

Dirty room and unhelpful front desk. Also, the location is very inconvenient for restaurants, etc. Up-charge for water and everything… not good.
