Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne

The pool was very cold, the ac was on blast and the area was super slippery and wet. The room refrigerator had a very loud screeching sound that was on and off throughout the night. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating though as well as the staff in the dining area for breakfast.

The hotel is very nice. Microwaves on the room would be helpful. A shuttle to Seseme place would be useful since the walk there is quite unsafe and a simple continental breakfast would be nice.

The staff were so helpful/kind - our issues were not with them, but rather the property itself. The entrance isn't well marked or maintained, and if the parking out front is completely taken, it's not clear or well-marked where to park on the side or the back - there is NO lighting, so after returning from dinner and finding the front lot full, we buzzed around the building 2xs looking for where we were supposed to park. We were there for Sesame Place. Online it says it's a 15 minute walk, but upon arriving, you realize that there is no way you can walk to Sesame Place from the property - which was the major reason we booked this hotel in first place. They offer no shuttle either, so we ended up spending more money on the park than we were expecting. If your goal is to use this as a base for the park, just do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. The room itself was functional, but worn down. The a/c was set incredibly low, but we realized why fairly quickly - when a warmer temp, you can tell the room has a bit of a musty smell. The TV also didn't have any smart options - which traveling with a child is key, which again, I imagine is a high % of their clientele. We ultimately just repacked our bags after our visit to the park and lost the money on the second night, but found a much much nicer place a few hours closer to home to cut our homeward trip down

Only stood one night after being at sesame place all day. Hotel is in a very convenient location (less than 5 mins from sesame place and lots of food options around). Rooms were pretty good size. Only issue was microwave was not in the room and parking lot was pretty full.

All the staff were amazing, helpful & very friendly, the hotel itself is very outdated & in my opinion a microwave is needed in the room or at least on each floor & ice! Also the Tv’s are awful not smart tv’s but also the reception was awful on most channels & lastly the smell of marijuana everyday was very strong, they were either smoking right in front of the hotel or on the floor it was very strong

Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The particular man (didn’t catch his name, but he has a beard) that assisted us went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel. Plenty of towels and toiletries are supplied in the bathrooms like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, make up wipes, and body lotion - and the bedding is super cozy. Fridge and nice size TV in the rooms also. Would definitely stay there again when traveling to the area.

Everything was good. Just when I booked said breakfast but since I’m just a member and not elite no complimentary breakfast like it stated. The TV was all static like and no smart tv. Going to sesame place people stay by u. You know tv is helpful in the bedroom. The sink filled up and didn’t drain well. Told staff when we checked out and said thanks for letting us know. He was very nice about it all.

I was disappointed that the hotel does not provide a shuttle to Sesame Place, even though it is only a 3-minute drive away and walking is not practical. Parking at the park is $40/day, so we would have spent $80 for two days. Fortunately, we learned about a nearby mall where we could park, which saved us that cost. The room was comfortable, but the TV was outdated, with very limited options and no streaming or mirroring. After a long day at the park, I had promised my daughters a movie night, but there were very few choices for young children. A Smart TV, PBS Kids, or Sesame Street content would have made a big difference. The bathtub was also clogged, which was disappointing, although since we were only staying one night, I decided to let it go. Overall, the location is excellent, but given how many families with young children stay here for Sesame Place, I expected more family-friendly amenities and attention to detail.
