Good staff Location and confusion check in. Especially for a non German speaker

The location was just outside Innsbruck. If you're planning a vacation, it’s simply excellent and very beautiful. However, for work, having a car is necessary, as it takes about 10 minutes to get into Innsbruck.

Quiet location. Our booking was for a “Double Room with Balcony and mountain views” for ~220 EUR. Upon arrival, I was given a small room on the ground floor with no view. After disputing this, the manager rudely shrugged and told me that they are busy due to the Easter period and there are no other rooms available (I had booked this room around 2 months in advance). A lady working at the restaurant (??) then gave me a different room on the second floor with no windows! Only a small balcony that is completely blocked by a wall where one can only look up at the sky... Horrendous experience. There are FAR better hotels closer to or within Innsbruck.

No elevator. Had to carry luggage myself to 2nd floor. Breakfast not good for a vegan person. The fruit was fresh the first day. The 2nd day they put out the fruit from the prevoous morning .

Small town feel, great view of Mountain(Nordkette). Excellent service, very good breakfast. Good restaurant as part of property. Nothing

Clean hotel with a good location, though it's a bit further from the city center. Parking is available, which is convenient. The restaurant across the street is a nice bonus!

Clean, well equipped, spacious room in tastefully decorated building. Very good breakfast and dinner. Nothing.

The situation is perfect and lots of free on site parking. The restaraunt is FANTASTIC, really the best food ever and great wines. The rooms were clean and breakast good value. The breakfast person is sooooo slow. On the first morning I ordered coffee, it arrived when I had completely finished my breakfast. On the second morning we were heading for the same and I asked why coffee took so long, now I cannot say for sure, but when it arrived I didn't drink it....there was something phlegm like floating in it. There were only 6 guests, how can making coffee be so arduous? The walls are a bit thin and it is a bit noisy.

Lovely, well-appointed rooms. Super clean. Wrap around balcony to enjoy the Karwendel.

Great location! It's 2 bus stops away from the Patscherkofelbahn cable car station. There wasn't any staff on-site in the afternoon.
-
Wonderful alpin hotel. Wonderful breakfast room. Room was enourmous, clean and well fulfilled in local style. Being there at 20.00 after 700km and don’t be able to get in because it was written just in German to ask for the keys at the restaurant connect with the hotel on the other side of the street. Spoke about it with the owner the morning after and they will take care of it also for foreigners.

Great location for us the bus stop is a few meters away and free travel with the permit provided by the Hotel on The Red J Bus

All was really great!

Fantastic area and building...rural yet connected by wonderful Bus J to central Innsbruck and the Hbh....and to the local mountains.Yea!! Great village. Chose to eat at the beautiful hotel restaurant and those meals were fabulous as well. Jaw dropping scenery practically on your doorstep. Loved it here. Ah!!... Austrians aren't actually that friendly...or even that patient...which comes as a bit of a shock to tourists. You don't like us?? Nuisance are we?? Well...I'm not so perfect myself but....!!...and to be fair there was one member of the team who was an absolute delight..so kind and pleasant and even so, super efficient...the waiter who served my evening meals. Your manner was truely appreciated!! OK so as someone who does not take prisoners herself ...I would love to return to this hotel. It was a dream come true for me.

Very nice local hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast great, with fresh choice of fruits, cheese, and everything else you would like for a good start of your day. Loved the wonderful bread selection! Don’t forget to try the fantastic restaurant!
