Location, staff and value

Everything is good, the staff are very good.

All perfect. The owner did everything to feel very welcome. Great hospitality. For sure come back again. Thank you very much. Very seldom i give 10/10 point. Nothing at all

The star player is Ngoc, the very kind woman who checks you in and is at the front desk most days. She gave me her WhatsApp and would answer my questions quickly no matter where I was. I had her help to book different things I wanted to do (even if it was DIY, she helped me figure it out). She booked my night bus back to Hanoi and allowed me to relax and stay in the reception area until 11:00pm that day and she stored my luggage while I went off exploring for my last day. I could go on, but she made me feel like family. This place serves a wide-variety breakfast that is convenient, and the location (IMO) is exceptional - right across from the (fun) Sapa Market, and about 10-minutes walk to the pretty lake and many, many food offerings that are there, but not right in the middle of the bustle and noise. I think the location is exceptional if you want close proximity to the city action but not in it. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back to Sapa (which is a wonderful place to be!). I stayed at this place 6 nights, very comfortable, and they upgraded my room for free - I am a nomad worker, so my room was comfortable for spending hours inside as a "home base" for some exploring..... As is typical, certain things could be repaired, but in general if you ask for something (fresh towel, more soap) they will respond very quickly. The AC didn't work all that great, but sufficiently since it wasn't that hot. I wish I could get filtered water refills more easily but the fairly large grocery store next door had bottled water so I was set.

Good location to visit Sa Pa market, 20 min walk to Stone Church. Staff are helpful. TV and AC are not consistently working. No phone in room to contact with reception staff to fix problems.

One of the best experiences we have ever had! Amazing view, cozy room, tasty breakfast, and Ngọc is simply an amazing woman — she showed us what true hospitality is. We loved everything

The only downside is the loud noise that begins at 6am in the market area next door. This only bothered me because I am a very light sleeper. But honestly I would choose this location again because of how amazing the hostess was and how welcomed I felt.

Exceptional experience, amazing location, extremely clean, good A/C, strong WiFi, hot water 24/7 and the best, the great and professional service of the staff. This is Vietnam so not everyone speaks English but they all carry a translator and communication was not a problem. It was the manager Ms Ngoc, who is bilingual, who was constantly checking if every thing was okay on my 5 days stay. The first day I told her how impressed I was with the property and still she will offered me coffee when she sees me or to make me some item that was not in the menu for breakfast. That’s what hospitality is all about and everybody was professional and always smiling. Thank you Ms Ngoc,, you help me enjoy Sapa at a different level. Everything was perfect

The host was very attentive and all in all it was a great value for money! ?

The stay was generally ok, the breakfasts tasty although the same every day. There is a possibility of heating in the room, which is useful as it can get really cold in Sa Pa. The big plus is the possibility of late check-in. The owner is friendly. The hotel is located very close to the bus station. I had very high expectations of the place, but it actually looks rather dated. Beside the owner, the rest of the staff do not speak a word of English. We arrived around midnight and were given the room key without any explanation. No information about breakfast time etc. Unfortunately I had problems with my phone and found out later that the information was sent to me via booking. Unfortunately I did not read it on time.

Really close to night market and other tour pickups. Free breakfast was extensive and delicious.

Great location close to the Sapa bus station. We arrived late due to our sleeper bus. Easy to check in regardless of time. Staff super friendly. Pho which was part of the breakfast was amazing! Best pho I've had during my whole time in Vietnam!

Was right next to the bus station which was great as I arrived late at night. They were very flexible with check in as well as letting me leave my bag after check out. The amenities were also really good.

Comfiest beds I slept in ever :)

Helpful staff arranged a late check in when our bus arrived in the early morning. The location was excellent for the bus station and very clean and comfortable. All was great, no concerns.
