Breakfast is excellent; lots of varieties; Rooms are big enough for 2 people. Location is excellent as it is in front of the big public market. Need walking in shower, but I think we got bath tub instead. However, I should have requested for rooms with walk-in shower.

Room was huge, location was just right across the market. When we arrived, my 2 kids were both unwell and one had just vomitted on the car ride to the hotel. We changed plans and wanted to check in early to let the kids rest up first before heading out. The hotel was very kind to help make arrangements and accomodate our last minute request. We were very grateful for the kind gesture. Breakfast spread was minimal.

Comfy bed, good breakfast Had a room facing the road which was extremely noisy. The market across the street started setting up at 4 am, so we couldn't sleep due to road noise, people shouting and the sound of car horns.

Very central location My room was diretly opposite the market which could be quite noisy early in the morning.

Du and his staff take a well care of us. Rooms are specious and have a good bathroom. Everything is clean. If you need any help, Du and staff will help and support you immediately. It was a pleasure to stay at Lotus Aroma Hotel. -

Our room was upgraded free of cost. Upgraded room was very nice with beautiful view. Rooms were big & amenities were comfortable. Staff was helpful. (1) For booking Fansipan tour, I did not have VND & receptionist did not have facilities to exchange $. So I have to download app & book the tickets. (2) Breakfast spread was good but we are vegetarian & there was no marking on label whether food item is veg or non-veg. We were afraid of taking food items in our plate. Also staff standing there to serve was unable to speak & understand English. This should be improved if hotel wants more tourist from India.

Facilities are PERFECT for business trip like mine, the room design and placement of the furnitures is so well for work-relax combination. The staffs are super nice, but I guess they’re a little bit inexperienced when assigned me to a room next to a room under maintenance, the work giving out so annoying sound for almost half a day. Breakfast was great, I was astonished with the diversity of dishes. Location would be great for private cars as the road surrounding it was large and the hotel had literally unlimited parking slots :)

closed to Sapa market, good location for bus terminal and night bazaar. only few staffs speak English. manager promotes too much tours but not work for vip limousine, this means she works for money to get kick-back.

very comfortable and modern looking I think me and my friend were only the customers there, if this hotel will be at least with 30-40% occupancy will be fantastic. another moment is that cost of cappuccino is twice bigger than beer, this is confusing
