The staff was nice. They replay every question i ask. My bus from Hanoi arrived a little bit late from expectation and i checked in at 6, they notified me to just enter the room and take the key on the receptionist desk The hotel is basically a family house i guess, because there's a family at the lobby whenever i enter the house and it felt like.. i'm entering someone else's house every time

As expected - value for money - perfect location for getting of/ on the bus (3min walk) The roasters were loud behind but that’s not the hotels fault.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Assisted me with a motorcycle rental and onward travel. Very reasonably priced stay and comfortable beds. Ideal location for day trips out around Sapa. The bus that drops you off is also very close to this hotel. I don't think they do a breakfast but there's plenty of shops nearby for coffee and snacks.

Nice and helpful staff. Heated mattress cover. Clean. Could store luggage over the day and take a shower after. Ended up extended twice. The location was fine for me, close to the bus station.(There are two stations!) Which makes it a bit of a walk into town, but hey you are in sapa for trekking ;) It felt a bit damp and cold at times in the room( it had lots of fog when i was there). Kinda made you want to stay on the heated mattress ;). I Wouldn't have minded a small space heater.

We arrived with the night bus and were able to check in in the middle of the night. (Rang the doorbell and receptionist got up to check us in). Hotel is just a 4min walk from the bus. Room was nice and clean. Perfect for the short time we stayed in. Bed is quite hard but was fine for the short stay
