The hotel is very conveniently located near the beach, in a lively area, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Very good experience. And the staff super kind and forthcoming! Special shoutout to Phi, who was our assigned staff - he was always helpful with information and ready to fulfill our wishes, in order to make our stay comfortable. We really felt well taken care! Thanks to everyone!!

We loved everything! The room was exactly as described, and the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared according to our preferences. The water pressure and hot water were also remarkable, which made showers especially enjoyable after a long day. We also loved that the hotel was close to the town center, yet far enough to give us a peaceful and restful night every day. There’s a night market within walking distance as well, and we really enjoyed grabbing skewers there. Overall, it was a great find. The owner was very hands-on and made sure we were well taken care of. He even offered to help book our Fansipan tickets, taxis, and transportation to and from Y Linh Ho and Ta Van when we decided to go trekking. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If we were to nitpick, we noticed that the air conditioner seemed to be on a timer by default. There were times when we set it to dry or heat mode to keep us from shivering, but we’d wake up to a cold room. We later realized that it was the actual temperature in Sapa and that the aircon had already turned off. We would also have appreciated having two key cards instead of just one. Other than these minor points, everything was perfect and we were beyond grateful.

i loved staying here but i wish i stayed longer. the room is really beautiful & it's well designed. definately aesthethic and the location is great. room and bathroom were clean, shower pressure wss good and was warm. great working AC. they offer breakfast as well

Location was great, breakfast was fantastic! Our room smelled badly upon arrival, and continued to stink each day.

This hotel has its own aura. The room, cleanliness, beds, washrooms, almost everything was too notch. Nothing to point out.

It was a nice experience to stay here while my trip to Sapa, its very close to the Sapa Lake, so when you are going to the Sapa Square you can take some picture and enjoy the scenery. The staff was also very nice and helpful sharing about all of the city information. The bathup view was magnificent, one of the best.

Our room is good, clean, spacious except bathroom was not inviting because of its stinky smell.

The property is modern ; clean and the owner is very kind and professional . He was helping me to purchase tickets ; suggest the day itinerary . Breakfast was by choice and enough . Generally a good experience . It not I do not like but is on the main way and a bit noisy during the evening and early morning
