The pools are very nice. The aquapark is amazing. The staff are super friendly The evening entertainment was great The room was clean and big enough, we liked it The ice cream was good too. The beach is 15 minutes okay so that was okay The food is bad. The food quality is very low, they can increase a bit the food quality to avoid the waste of food that happens everyday. We don’t drink alcohol so the available drinks weren’t a plus, as there are no fresh juices or so, only syrups and soft drinks.

Everything was perfect, the staff members are great. Special thanks to Yousef, he was available everywhere at all restaurants and cafes ? ! Also, thanks to reception team, we were upgraded to a bigger suite. Aqua park is pretty nice, a lot of swimming pools as well. Food variety was good. Everything is easy access and well arranged. I will strongly advise anyone to stay here. Literally, no need to go out side the resort.

The hotel was nice and helpful, they let us to use the hotel facilities and food even before checking in and after checking out. I liked feeling safe and comfortable throughout our stay in the hotel shared areas. The dance show was entertaining. They have nice staffs. The shuttle to and from beach could be more frequent. The massage was overpriced. Room cleaning service could be better.

It was a nice resort and ok food, fun aqua park, comfortable, and very spacious nice suite with comfortable big couch. Nice big balcony with a nice view. The food could be way better. Nothing is soundproof, furniture being moved in the room above us, and kids running and screaming in the halls all day, guest voices in the room next to us. The kitchen has no microwave or any silverware at all, not even a spoon, there is only a kettle.

Generous food, staff helpful and tasty food and drinks. I was so far from the main building so had to walk far to get to places, no lighting at night in my area, dusty rooms, too many mosquitoes and the smell of sewage in rooms. And the non stop loud music from morning to night.

Very good value for money. Lovely big suite with american fridge and washing machine. Aircon in bedroom and lounge. Nice pool with ample loungers The food was quite repetitive and rather bland in particular the evening meals
