Multiple events every day suitable for kids and adults. Food and snacks available 24/7 The rooms are average but you barely spend any time in the room

Staff were very helpful, food and drinks were very good. Entertainment was good, shows and music in the evening Too crowded, at the beach you have to queue for drinks or snacks all the time. You cannot book the taxi service from this hotel, only reception can order it but it cost double the regular price. You don’t have other option.

stayed in November, place is busy, water still ok to swim. facilities food and over experience exceeded my expectations.

The staff is great, and the place is very well run. Major kudos to the management there. There are a ton of people, but they make it work by having a lot of facilities so it doesn’t feel crowded. There is a lot to do at this hotel, many activities and restaurant options. Having a family room was also great for the 4 of us. The kids having a separate room is a major bonus Only things that were annoying are the broken hangers in the bathroom.

The hotel has a lively atmosphere, nice pools, and a wide variety of food. The beach access is great, and staff are friendly. It was very crowded, especially at the pools.

Room service was good. It had facilities for adults and children of all ages. Staff were helpful and kind. I think they all deserve increment in their salary. Food was delicious. Entertainment was the best. Kids loved the kids club/show. Cinema was a great added bonus. Kids playground just added the extra fun. Smokers everywhere. Making it hard to breathe. Need more options for vegan/veg dishes. Gym could have opened earlier like 6:30am instead of 8am. Would have been easier getting time for breakfast.

Close to the beach There’s a girl server who was in block GH bar during the nights I forgot her name but she has light blue hair, she’s so kind and always smiling when offering her services. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable! The images on booking.com were different from the room I was given and they told me nothing can be done unless I upgrade. Shower pressure the worst I have ever experienced Got pulled every single day to show my red band even though it was very visible by security at the entrance and servers at tulip bar, I think they judge by who you are rather than what the band is intended for because not everyone was asked for it even though they weren’t wearing it Variety of food and levels of staffing at the main restaurant wasn’t the best
