The biggest highlight of our stay though, was Gülendam from the Guest Relations team. We were celebrating our anniversary, and she truly went above and beyond to make it a special and memorable experience for us. From the first day until we checked out, she was always kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. She paid attention to every little detail and always checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. Thanks to her outstanding hospitality, our anniversary became even more special, and we really appreciated everything she did for us. Gülendam is a perfect example of what guest relations should be, and every hotel would be lucky to have someone like her. The hotel should be very proud to have such a dedicated, caring, and professional team member. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful beach, great food, excellent service, and a relaxing vacation. We hope to come back again in the future!

The hotel is simply amazing. This is our 4th time in Antalya but this hotel exceeds any competition. The thing that stood out the most was the service, the staff was so helpful, they are all super friendly and always approaching you with a smile! This is something we did not find common in Antalya resorts. The water activities were interesting and fun. Everyday there was something new. The night shows were really on a different level! So captivating and it showed that efforts were made to make the guests happy and entertained. The food was the best we have tried in all Antalya resorts so far. The Italian restaurant was a very nice experience. Huge thanks to Glenda from the guest relations team, she made our stay even more special with her attention to details! She made sure to celebrate my wife’s birthday the right way and offered any assistance possible to make us happy, we really appreciated this! Highly recommend this resort honestly, best in every level : ) . Nothing.

Food was good Small rooms Very limited time for water slides. Suggestions for duplex: - Air condition vent is only upstairs so it’s either too cold upstairs or hot downstairs. - Air con was min 20 degree at day time it’s very hot specially downstairs - 1 Coffee machine not working. - No dustbin downstairs - water fridge was only open areas.

The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, the food offered a great variety, and the beach and pools were excellent. There were plenty of activities throughout the day and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The air conditioning in the lobby was not working properly. During some hours it seemed to be switched off, which made the area uncomfortably hot.

I really enjoyed my stay. The babysitting service was a huge plus and made our trip much more relaxing. Everything else was wonderful—the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. everything was amazing. We had a fabulous stay, had so much fun, and would definitely love to come back. The only area that could be improved was the room cleaning. While the room was cleaned regularly, the housekeeping staff didn’t always pay close attention to the smaller details.

We had an amazing stay at Concorde De Luxe Resort! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and professional, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and our room was always spotless. The pools, beach, and facilities were fantastic, making it a perfect resort for families. We especially loved the evening shows—they were entertaining, professionally organized, and a highlight of every night. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday unforgettable. Location of hotel is beachfront with good facilities . The hotel food is excellent with a large variety for the all inclusive . Kids club was nice and staff very friendly . It’s a very large resort , didn’t feel exclusive or luxurious . I didn’t like the loud music at night . The dinner buffet was very crowded.
