The hotel also organized special afternoon events, either for children or for all guests, which added to the overall experience. While the animation team was friendly and welcoming, the entertainment program could have been more engaging to create a livelier atmosphere. A greater variety of daily activities would have been appreciated, such as fun pool games, group activities like dance around the pool, or additional fitness options beyond aqua biking and the gym. We were really looking forward to the Boho Party at the pier. The sunset session was a fantastic start and created a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the evening party did not live up to our expectations. The DJ seemed unable to connect with the crowd or read the mood of the audience, which ultimately turned this into a disappointment. On a positive note, when we shared this feedback with the staff, they were very receptive and took our comments seriously. We genuinely appreciated their professionalism, willingness to listen, and commitment to improving the guest experience.

The staff was very kind and attentive towards clients, the place was beautiful lot of pools great place to stay, great events every night, decent food. There was an unpleasant smell coming out of the bathrooms whenever I opened the door so I had to continuously keep the bathroom door closed.

The servers were amazing. The food quality is great. The pools are very clean! The beach/pier area is beautiful and very convenient to reach. Amazing bars & many different food options. 1. Beware, rooms on Booking.com are not as advertised. We were told there would be 2x twin beds + 1 sofa bed, but the standard rooms are extremely small and barely fit a double bed. 1.2. The washroom in the rooms is very dark and has basically no ventilation. Very very odd! 2. Most of the staff do not speak English and it makes things very difficult. 3. There is so much noise everywhere until late at night. 4. Coming from Canada, the free smoking on the grounds & the constant smell of smoke everywhere is insane. But that’s just the culture difference. 5. There is a bad washroom smell in both floors of the lobby constantly.

We had the all inclusive price, and it one of great places to stay in antalya. Close to all shopping malls, great service

The property is large, fitted with numerous facilities, including restaurants, bars, pools, hamam, sauna, and spa (with massage and other services, worth checking out). Direct beach access is a plus, even during the winter season. Our top-floor room was fitted with a spa tub and had two balconies with a beautiful sea view. The all-inclusive packaging (unlimited food / beverage) significantly adds to the value, given the high price of local dining. We enjoyed the selection of food and desserts and appreciated the multiple dining halls (including one for adults only). Despite the 'cafeteria' setting, food quality was well above average and exceeded our expectations. Finally, the property is easy to reach by taxi, normally about 20 minutes from the airport. The most notable downside is the lack of privacy in rooms—you *will* hear your neighbor's conversations through the walls and especially from the hallways. If you plan to do anything other than sleep in the room, be prepared to share it with the other guests. In other words, the property is ok for families/children but not so much for romantic getaways. The spa tub would have been wonderful, but for some ridiculous reason, it is fitted with a heat-sensitive button to operate. The smallest splash of warm water can trigger the jets on/off, and we gave up on using it after a few minutes. As a minor point, the elevators were unusually slow and inefficient, sometimes stalling for a full minute before moving. In many cases, it was faster to walk 8 flights of stairs. Although the spa was fantastic, their sales strategy detracted from the experience. Almost everyone is offered a different price than what's in the menu ("This is a special price for you, only today!"), which can be stressful. Despite spending over 200 on a couples treatment, our relaxation was cutoff, as we were being sold additional appointments before the first had even ended. Finally, the hotel staff is obsessed with getting reviews/feedback. We received multiple calls late at night asking for feedback on their service. To join the wifi each day, we were prompted to fill in a survey. When we asked guest services to help order a taxi after checkout, they instead directed us to another online survey in hopes of getting a good review. I'm happy to leave a review, but first I would like to actually enjoy the stay I paid for.

Amazing outdoor facilities. Especially for kids there is lots of entertainment. Unfortunately, they do not meet the 5-star hotel requirements. Staff is not very attentive and have communication issues. Hospitality is not at the level this hotel should be. This makes your experience quite uncomfortable.

The view was pretty good, pools were clean and there are plenty of them, very close to the shore, and the shore pathways are great. Further, there are always concerts and activities going on, so plenty of stuff to do Booked for a 4-day stay in September 2025, not even close to being a 5 stars hotel, it’s barely a 3 stars resort. Our room had a great view but it was meant to be a twin room and they just joined the beds and sold it as a king bed room, we kept asking them to change the room to one that has a single bed, or at least to give us a single sheet or duvet instead of two, they kept promising that they will but never did. The left bed was next to the wall, no nightstand of course and one has to jump to get there. The food was an absolute MEH, many options but all of them are just repeated, and none of them is pretty tasty, the best rating that can be given to their breakfast or lunch is 5/10. Desserts look so pretty but they taste horrible, just horrible. Elevators are a complete pain as well, they take ages to arrive. Staff are rude and they don’t give you the rooms you specifically picked on booking.com. Further, they entered our room without notifying us when we weren’t there and took the travel adapter (we took it from reception but they didn’t inform us that they’ll take it a couple hours later). There are plenty of swimming pools and the shore is nice, that’s probably the best thing about the resort.

The food ia good and has a good variety! Family friendly and fits families with kids in good way! You have everything you need around the place like shopping center and pharmacy The staff is not friendly at all especially on reception! Very bad in communication and not helpful at all. Rooms light are very bad especially in night just one poor light around mirror in all the room! The elevators are very bad! Very slow! You need to wait for 10 minutes in average for each time you want to use it!

One of the nicest place with kids and it has everything Beach, aqua park, pools and a lot of food and drinks

The food selection, poor and availability sometimes erratic did not appear prepared for the weekend Eid rush which further compounded the experience in the restaurant. Quoted taxi price to airport was 50 euro when we got booking.com service for 15 euros. Had 2 special meals but not very good experience, no explanation of dishes and limited choice for non cheese eaters
