Location was good Service and hospitality was subpar , absolutely the worst hospitality in Antalya Region

Fantastic very good hotel me and my family are staying whole weeks in the royal wings hotel. We would love to recommend you guys It was a bit disappointing that there was no free upgrade, only one type of dinner restaurant was free and if you wanted to go to another type of restaurant you had to pay extra. The hotel taxi service and massage service were overpriced!!

The food was amazing the stuff was amazing and omg the hotel and activities are amazing The fact they didn't had iron, but they have laundry so I am perfectly fine

We liked only the house keeping service, the pool and the beach , other than that it was a very bad experience The reception and the gust relations are the worst! Not professional at all and specially if you are Arab. I saw them dealing with all nationalities good but once an arab be there they were rude and even not smiling. We booked for our anniversary and they didnt setup the room as confirmed with them, the last day they sat the room ? Also the room not the same that we booked and after long day fight they changed it but not that good we excepted. And last day my husband was sick and i called them to have only hot water cup as I couldn’t use the dirty kettle, and I told them the reason and they simply told me sorry we cant help you it’ll be with Extra Charge!!!!

The Good: The aqua park was a fun feature and gave our kids something to be excited about on the first day. They loved the slides at first, but by day two, the excitement wore off due to the lack of variety. The pool entertainment staff did bring energy and good vibes to the pool area. Their enthusiasm was appreciated, although the activity schedule remained the same the entire week, which made things feel repetitive quickly. While they say the schedule changes weekly, if you’re only staying for a week, you’re stuck with a single rotation. The main pool itself was a strong point—clean, large, and surprisingly never felt crowded inside the water even when the hotel was packed. The beach was clean and enjoyable, even though it wasn’t a soft, sandy beach. It had more of a coarse, pebbly texture, but still served its purpose for relaxing and swimming. Our room was clean throughout our stay, and the lady who cleaned it daily was genuinely kind and attentive. She’s one of the few staff members who seemed to care. Unfortunately, the walls were incredibly thin, so noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms was an issue and made it hard to truly relax. The Bad: The most unacceptable part of our stay was the violation of our privacy. Hotel staff walked into our room without knocking not once, not twice, but three different times. One of those times, they entered while my wife and kids were inside, visibly startled and panicking. No knock. No apology. No shame. Just a blatant lack of professionalism and basic respect for guest privacy. For a hotel that claims to be a luxury property, this was disgraceful and deeply unsettling. As for the “all-inclusive” part—it was honestly misleading. Unlike other resorts where food and snacks are widely available all day, Royal Wings had a rigid, limited schedule. Snack bars were almost nonexistent, and the food that was available lacked quality and flavor. The burgers were dry and overly processed, the doner had zero taste, and the kumpir station had maybe five or six topping options. The restaurants near the beach served the exact same food every single day, and only a couple of items were even decent. The only thing that truly held up the “all-inclusive” label was the bar, which stayed open from morning until midnight. Bartenders were friendly and gave good service overall, but they would often try to pour drinks in the smallest possible plastic cups—probably to control portions—so you had to ask for a bigger cup just to get your money’s worth. The buffet was disappointing. While the dessert selection was actually pretty good, it became repetitive quickly. The main dishes in the buffet were hit or miss, with around 50% of the food being tasteless or poorly made. Even basics like white rice and spaghetti were somehow unappetizing. The breakfast and lunch spreads were lackluster, and while they tried to have “theme nights,” they barely changed anything aside from a dish or two. The bathroom amenities were beyond basic. All we got was a mounted 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash dispenser in the shower and a bar of soap. No toothbrushes, no shaving kits, no vanity kit—nothing.

Everything was great and we enjoyed our time I will consider it for the next stat Night party for the kids is a little bit boring Every day the same type of food appreciate if they can add special food day after the other

Very clean, huge pool, and ocean. VERY thin walls. We were woken up almost daily by room next to us. I cannot stress enough just how thin the walls are.

OH MY GOD the food, there is so much good food to eat at all times. Truly amazing service. Rooms were so clean and beautiful too! They did not provide toothbrushes, and some toiletry items (soaps, shampoos, ...) were a bit limited.

It was amazing experience the hotel was so beautiful, good staff ,very clean , the room was big and beautiful I have only two notes which i didn't I visited other hotels in Antalya 1)Comparing to them the food was not that much rich with alot of kinds and sweets wasn't that at high level 2) the room was noisy i think the insulation between rooms wasn't good you can hear the neighbors and they alsi can hear you
