Rooms are big Disappointing stay – misleading advertising and poor service Our stay at Alice Hotel Antalya was unfortunately a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. First, the room we were initially given did not match what we had booked, and the hotel photos on Booking.com are not an accurate representation of the actual property. The marketing creates expectations that the hotel simply does not meet. One of the biggest disappointments was the breakfast. While the hotel advertises “breakfast included,” most travelers would reasonably expect a buffet or at least some daily choice. Instead, every guest receives exactly the same fixed plate every morning with no variety at all. The same cheese, jam, eggs, vegetables, and bread are served every day. There are no alternatives for guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or vegetarian preferences, and this is never mentioned in the hotel’s description. Breakfast is also served at an outsourced restaurant rather than inside the hotel, something that is not disclosed during booking. The restaurant had no air conditioning, and eating breakfast in temperatures above 40°C with very high humidity was extremely uncomfortable. Housekeeping was another major issue. Rooms were only cleaned every other day, and when we asked about daily cleaning, we were told that they simply did not have enough staff to clean all the rooms every day. This is not the standard level of service guests should expect. We also experienced two full days without hot water because the water heating system had apparently been switched off. As a result, we were unable to take proper showers for two days, which was unacceptable during a week-long stay. Customer service was consistently poor. One evening we urgently needed help locating a late-night pharmacy to obtain medication, but the hotel was unable to assist us. It became clear that only one employee was handling reception, housekeeping, and guest requests during the night.

The location was amazing , it was near most of the resorts I stayed in + there were so many shops all along and we spent some time at the restaurants there ?? the staff were a bit stiff and rude ?

The room was very smelly and there were bed bags.

Overall rooms were good. The location of the property is not good, Lara beach has private resorts and access to the beach from this hotel is too far.

Immaculate massive room, comfortable and contemporary furnitures, location is close to the beach and next to a mall. Safe environment. Worth the price as nearby hotels are triple the price. The breakfast option was bland, nothing much I could eat from there apart from olives. No cereal, toast, muffins or eggs. No swimming pool.

Nothing I did arrived to the hotel at 11 Am yet the rooms was not ready and the reception staff gave me one room although i have already paid for two rooms , and supposed the rooms would be booked for me , after one hour of waiting the provide me smaller room than I booked without balcony ,the AC control unit is not working, there was no electric kettle . In the end it was Unpleasant stay

The standing was new and easy to access to rooms. The balcony door was open and didn’t want to be closed which made me feel a little unsafe. I have claimed this but they told me there is no available room to change? The breakfast was very poor, the same every day and no coffee was served so if you are coffee addicted you need to bring it with you

Rooms space are ok. Location, Breakfast was horrible just limited options and after 10am it’s impossible to find anything.

Breakfast included very poor . They ask money for coffie for breakfast . Really bad service included not friendly personeel

In addition, they have agreement for free entry with the local private beach. Breakfast should be more updated

The staff here is friendly and helpful. I also like the location, it's in a shopping mall, which makes it kind of a unique experience :) The breakfast is quite poor, i'd say

The staff where nice The rooms where not clean, dirty sheets and dirty towel, and after we asked them to clean it they bearly cleaned it and only changed the pillow sheets and the dirty towel was letf there. There was unbearable sewer smell in the toilet and it was unusable becouse of the smell There was also some misinformation with bokking and they gave us a wrong room but fortunately we only stayed one night If the room would be clean and the toilet would be usable then i would give this a 9/10 But it was far from clean.
