The outdoor pool is very nice, and the A/C in the room was able to quickly cool the room down. We appreciated the breakfast at the poolside restaurant which provided a peaceful start to each day. The information about the beach access isn't clear. I would like to see more guidance about this issue. It didn't have a negative affect on our stay, but I didn't understand where the beach was.

Unfortunately we came when the hotel is under renovation. Pool was not ready and dusty everywhere

The location is a 10-15 min stroll from the beach and quite outside the city. Walking around outside the hotel area was not the best in January as many shops or restaurants were empty but I felt rather safe even as a female walking on my own.

It’s brand new 1- breakfast was very basic, literally eggs and potatoes. 2- spa prices were insanely high( they say free access to spa but they mean just entering lol)

Every thing is excellent staff, manager (ahmed bey) .. really we enjoyed and it is more comfortable for family stay because it is like family cocept, breakfast is good amd contain most type of food that is usually can be eaten in breakfast .. i recommend specially for family stay.. location is very good because it is not too far from center and it is near the airport ..

The swimming pool is very nice , the staff is helpful, the location is near the walking avenue of Lara The harassment for services of massage from the spa guy , the irregular schedule of the shuttle to and from the beach , the pool bar wasn't open during a very hot July

Hotel shuttle service is either unavailable or unreliable, offering little assistance in transit. • ?️ Breakfast offerings are mediocre and leave much to be desired. • ?♀️ The spa facility is closed during the stay, limiting relaxation options.

Everything was good related to price included perfect breakfast and outdoor pool! The staff is very friendly and helpful anytime! They have free round trip shuttle to the beach with no charge for customer with sunbed and umbrella. For additional fee beverages and snacks on the beach. Enjoy your life! Everything was good related to price included perfect breakfast serving from 8 to 10.30 and outdoor pool!Free WiFi and AC. We took suite room with two rooms pool view. It was wonderful!

Nothing … the staff were very unhelpful When we arrived to the apartment there was nothing which was advertised. There was three of us. We only had 2 cups and a kettle. No plates or cutlery, pool was closed, spa was closed, no wardrobe bedside table Wi-Fi didn’t work. The owner phoned to say he would meet us but didn’t turn up. We were forced to book other accommodation as the staff were not interested.
