Exceptional experience overall. I was on honeymoon and once they found out, they gave me a lovely room, along with a personal assistant to make sure we had everything needed to make this a special occasion for us. The facilities and food were top notch and I really wished I could've stayed here longer. Will definitely be coming back in the future and will recommend this place to everyone. A personal shout-out to our Assistant Mahdi, who was closely in touch with me during the stay and made sure there were no gaps in the service quality.

Everything was on point. Clean rooms, great location in Lara, and the facilities were well maintained. Big shoutout to Mahdi on the staff, he went above and beyond and really made the stay feel welcoming. The pool area and sports center were a nice bonus too. Honestly nothing comes to mind. Had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.

Location Scam Warning – Be Careful When Booking This Hotel I’ve been staying in resorts and hotels with all-inclusive options for more than ten years. Usually, when booking through Booking.com, I simply filter for all inclusive and choose from the listed prices. That’s exactly what I did this time. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that my booking was only for bed and breakfast—but I had paid the price of all inclusive. At that moment, another guest was already arguing about the exact same issue, and later I saw that even more families had been misled. How the scam works: • To appear in the all inclusive filter results, the hotel lists its all-inclusive price. • Then, to look more attractive in the search results, they also add a bed and breakfast option at the same price level. • So even though you filter for all inclusive, you may actually end up with bed and breakfast without realizing it, because the price seems normal. When I asked to cancel, the hotel refused to refund me on the spot. The salesperson told me that maybe after one month, if the head office approved, I might get my money back. This felt like a hostage situation. In the end, I had to pay an additional €1,100 to upgrade to all inclusive. False advertising: • The hotel’s own current-year advertisements (June of this year) promoted facilities that were not available at all. • Even after paying for all inclusive, many food and beverage items required extra payment. • Pool table games were not included, only table tennis was free. Quality and cleanliness: • Rooms were cleaned regularly, but the rest of the hotel was dirty. • The hotel is pet-friendly, but the walkways and poolside areas constantly smelled like dog feces. • In the kids’ pool, elderly guests were openly smoking, drinking glass bottle of beer and no staff intervened. • The lifeguard at the main pool was on her phone all day and not paying attention.

Not a very good kids zone, far away from hotel, should be one inside the hotel , very dirty, bed is not comfortable -mattresses very hard. Showers are dirty/moldy, water keeps changing from hot to cold very fast, even when on the same setting

Delicious food and desserts, close to the beach, the entertainment, comfortable rooms, variety of options in the all-inclusive package.

Close to the beach, facilities inside the rooms, nice view, great variety of breakfast options. Some of the staff members acting as if the guests without the bracelets did not pay anything for the hotel. We had a problem where not everything in the breakfast was included. Also before checking in the main front door security asked multiple times if we had a reservation, which is quite annoying. It would be better if the ones who paid for bed and breakfast simply had another colored bracelet. Also, the staff is very confused about this type of guests.

we enjoy the food. the water park was fun ! the beach is extremely clean and the sea with an incredible sunset. They did not have availability for à la carte restaurants ! Cars that take you to the beach are scarce. They don't have a consistent schedule.
