Would not recommend, the bed a box spring were on the ground in my room and there weren’t any lights in the room only the bathroom.

I absolutely didn’t have a comfortable stay my room had roaches towels look dirty and ac wasn’t cooling had a very uncomfortable night sweating while I went to switch rooms they were very inconsiderate an uncooperative Nothing staff made my stay very difficult to feel relax

I liked that the housekeepers were able to help me keep the place tidy during the week I was there. It really helps no have a lot of weight on my shoulders There were no accommodations, no pool, no WiFi, no breakfast, no laundry room. The housekeeper mentioned they were under remodeling but what does the WiFi have to do with that? Also, my restroom had a really bad toilet, sometimes it wouldn’t flush and I would have to wait for it to go down to let go of the toilet handle. It really dirtied the toilet quickly.

When booking my reservation, I was not notified that the hotel was under renovation. The reception didn't have guest restrooms, the hotel did not have internet, did not have a coffee pot, iron board and the toilet was disconnected from the floor, causing to throw water on the floor each time the toilet was flush. In addition, the air conditioner unit leak water inside the room. Plus, the room ceiling had some water spots. To finish, I asked for a king size bed and was given two full size beds. Pretty much nothing to be honest. There was no swimming pool available.

Nothing ..No wifi no.breakfast no pool.. Had to cancel..

This place looks nothing like advertised, I had a cockroach in my bed, but the AC was pretty good. There’s a lot of roaming drug users in the area.

The whole place is under restoration/renovation. I asked for a king sized bedroom.. I swear I got a full sized or a queen. I wanted my babies to be able to go swimming… no water in the pool. There was mildew and the room stunk so much. Condoms wrappers all under the bed and bed backboard.. I swear I woke up itchy as!!!!!! It said no refunds so of course I stayed.. I only came out to Laredo for work. There was a hotel 6 down the street and a red roof inn. I should’ve went to one of those.
