The phone did not work. The room smelled stuffy. The staff looked cold, with a long face. When I asked to check out at 12:00 pm instead of 11:00 am (the hotel's check-out time), the answer was an unnegotiable "No."

The rooms have a smell & sheets on beds are always feel like if theyre humid. So have hard time sleeping.

the ac didn't work, the tv didn't have wifi, and I was unable to get a hold of the front desk. unfortunately I forgot 2 dresses in the closet there and I wasn't able to recover them. The front desk wasn't friendly or helpful at all.

Spanish Trails Inn is an older hotel, but my room had recently been updated. The room was clean, attractive and very comfortable. It had both a fridge and a little microwave. The location was amazing with easy access to just about all of Laredo. The outside of the hotel could use a little freshening up to match the nice rooms.

Nothing. I believe this is one of the worst hotels I've been to. If not the worst. The linens were stained. The floor had hairs on it. The fridge dripped water. While I was showering the janitor opened the door of the room to paint. And the receptionist kept saying that Booking is an unethical company that steals from them and us guests.

They didnt stock enough toilet tissue there was only one new roll and the one on the spinner was empty. 4 people and one roll of toilet tissue was not enough and the bath towels as well.
